I would think twice before shopping here. Their return policy (no refunds) is clearly stated. But if you sell a damaged item, the human thing to do is to make an exception. The kids bike I purchased had a rusted and stripped screw so I could not get it loose to adjust the seat height. I attempted to return it less than 24 hours later and spoke to the manager - no exceptions. Thankfully I was able to purchase a different bike at a much better value from the Buckhead location. That location will issue a cash refund for returns within a week. That makes more sense to me.

Shipping cost was the deal breaker.
I was looking to buy 2 golf clubs. $64 to ship...
They have some great deals on lots of items but with the shipping price I just couldn't justify making the purchase. So my advice is shop your local PIAS store and if they don't have what you need then shop ebay.

I just moved to Decatur and was excited to have a Play It Again sports nearby. I visited the store with my kids, and, unfortunately, I witnessed the manager being rude and disrespectful, shouting at some young people that were selling some items. I think the manager was right about the facts of the situation, but the way it was handled was awful. I stood up for the young man, telling the manager that it's not acceptable to yell at anyone like that, nevermind a customer, and then I took my kids and walked out without buying anything. The manager and sales people gave me a dirty feeling about how business is done there, like a pawn shop. Sadly, I will not be going back to this store.

Love how much money I save on exercise gear at PIAS. Staff is friendly, helped me find what I was looking for, and hey, its right next door to literally the best Mediterranean food in the Atlanta metro area, Mediterranean Grill.

I drove an hour plus to this location from locust grove to trade in some equipment and get some new equipment also. The store associate on duty told me it’s too late for them to give credit for my equipment, but was willing to accept my money instead to purchase something. Telling me they stop buying at a certain time, yet they are still open doing business. He didn’t give 1 F about my long journey to make it to this location either. My teams will definitely not support or patronize this store!!!

The cashier didn't tell me that they don't do refunds. The cashier didn't return my receipt to me but threw it in the trash. I had to ask for them to get it out of the trash. I still had item on the receipt.

I believe that customers should be made aware of a store's policies before making a purchase, especially when those policies affect their ability to return or exchange items. Furthermore, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy from the staff, which was sorely lacking in this instance. I want to cry, I feel so disrespected.

This place does a great service with collecting lost discs, but be sure to not even miss the cut off by one day or else they will make you buy your discs back. Some wiggle room or a discount would have been nice.

Just had a very disappointing experience with one of the presumed owners of the store and will likely never return. I bought a new, in-the-box, rubberized medicine ball here yesterday for ~$50. Took it out of the box today only to discover that the rubber is way too slick and the outgassing fumes were too much. I've lived in Decatur for 25+ years and have known of the store and know one of their occasional employees. I returned to the store today where a different crew was in staff to attempt an exchange for a more expensive "pleather" ball but was told by the owner that I had to have a receipt which I wasn't able to locate and was refused an exchange on this basis because "it's our policy." I was then accused of having some "problem" before I came in so I left the ball with them without getting a refund or exchange so they can re-sell it to another unsuspecting customer.
