I have been going to Precision Eye Institute for a year, and have needed to have many visits due to various issues with my eyes. I have been very impressed with their care not only at their office, but also in their communication when I am not in the office (they answer the phone most of the time and actually return calls when needed!). All of their staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure their patients are getting the best care. When there is an issue outside of their control (i.e., insurance) they are prompt to work on behalf of the patient to try to get their needs met. They also have a lot of testing equipment in office, and are very thorough in performing any tests indicated as well as following up with repeated testing when needed to ensure the patient’s eye conditions are not worsening. I recommend Precision Eye Institute to everyone I know who is looking for eye care.

I was referred here by my doctor for evaluation for chronic dry eye. The team here was very nice and my evaluation was very quick and efficient. Dr. Mcloughlin helped me understand my issues, presented treatment options and helped me feel comfortable with my treatment plan. This place has a really nice selection of sunglasses. I highly recommend this practice. I feel like I was treated very well.

Having eye surgery can be scary and very tense. For me as a RN I was terrified. Rather be a patient but the staff and Dr K were just terrific. So kind and patient with me. The facilities are lovely and very clean. Great experience and best of all I can see clearly now!!!
