I recently visited Dr. Nim with my daughter for an eye exam and treatment, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care she received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere.Dr. Nim was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the exam and answer all my questions. What stood out the most was her ability to diagnose an issue my daughter has been struggling with for a couple months. I highly recommend Dr. Nim to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate eye doctor. She will truly go above and beyond for her patients. I am very happy with the outcome and she will be our eye doctor moving forward.

Precision is super wonderful. Customer service is top tier. Dr. Nim knowledge on Keratoconus is top tier. Precision also takes Medical & mostly any vision insurance for those who are worried about insurance. I do recommend this place with people who got Keratoconus.

It was my first time here today! The receptionist/tech was welcoming and did the first few exams very thoroughly. He made sure I was comfortable and explained what each machine did.

The doctor was very detailed in explaining the results and worked thoroughly yet quickly!

The office itself was modern and extremely clean.

They explained the pricing detailed and were willing to work with me if it was out of my budget.

I would recommend anyone in the Duluth area to schedule their next appointment here!

This place is so cute and friendly! The staff was super kind, and if you’re looking for a female optometrist they have one! They also have a good variety of glasses to select from. 🙂

Disappointed. I made an appointment for 10:30am the day before. At 10:15am on the day of my “supposed appointment” I got a call stating that there was no appointments available. I was already parked and inside the building when I got the late call. Mind you, the business opens at 9:00am. They could have called at 9:30am or even 10:00am so I didn’t have to waste my time or gas. I was just really disappointed with their lack of consideration.

I'm so impressed with the professionalism I experienced here. I was very well taken care of during my visit and my concerns were taken seriously. This clinic uses new, modern technology to understand each patient's visit needs. Dr. Nim was able to detect a an eye condition that I was not aware I had, and she was very patient in performing the additional exams I needed the same day. She answered all of my questions very clearly. In the face of my new diagnosis, I was comforted by her expertise and feel that I'm in good hands.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with getting my eye examination. The staff and the doctor really care. The place is immaculately clean and beautiful. The doctor is amazing. If I can give them 10 stars, I would add. This place is definitely worth it. Thank you precision vision institute.
