My granddaughter broke her glasses at a volleyball tournament over the weekend. I called first thing this morning to make her an appointment and to see if we could run by and have her lenses put in new frames. She can’t see without them and it scares her not to have them. We have them taped for school today. I talked to Tammy about coming in to change the lenses. She told me she does not have those frames that I would have to come in and pick out another pair for $49.95. No problem. I asked her if she had other pairs that would fit the lenses so she doesn’t have to go without them. She said very rudely “ I don’t know you will have to bring them in. There is probably only a 10% chance.” I said ok I can bring her right after school. She gets home at 3:30. I will leave work and be there about 4:15. We live in Cameron. She said well then we have to make it another day because it’s my half day. I said never mind. Cancel the appointment and I will take my grandchildren elsewhere. She was very unprofessional and rude.

Pat had to confirm here appointment at least 4 times yesterday, we have been sitting in the patient room over an hour, I checked minutes ago to see if the doctor was in, they said they had a emergency, OK I guess I understand that, but it looks like they could have the decency to let us know or reschedule instead of sitting in the room getting mad , poor management.

My wife and I recently visited Premier in Chillicothe for an eye exam and new glasses. The entire visit was great and everyone was very helpful and friendly. We REALLY enjoyed and appreciated Dr Kelly! She was very thorough in her care, and really took the time to explain what we asked her about. She was extremely caring and made us feel like more than just another appointment for the day. We HIGHLY recommend Premier overall, and if you can, see Dr Kelly, you'll be glad you did.

My three children and I have been going to Doctor Brodmerkle for a few years, and I am always happy to see them. The staff are always very helpful and personable. They answer my 8-year-old's endless questions about their fish with a smile. Dr. B always explains what is happening with our vision so there are no questions. Our last appointment was during a snowstorm! Rhonda, and Crystal, were the only two office staff working and they were awesome! They kept everything moving smoothly and I felt quickly! Tammy in optical was helpful in finding glasses for my younger two, and Dr. B is always great. Looking forward to seeing them all again!

Dr Deering was fantastic with my apprehensive little girl. I worked with Tia and Jonah and have worked with them in the Chillicothe and Brookfield location. They are absolutely amazing. Patience, kindness, knowledge, communication, customer service, the list goes on an on. Cannot say enough nice things about the facility and the staff.

Great customer service and we were able to be seen the same day I called to schedule an appointment. Dr. Sloan was very personable and informative. It was my daughters first exam, she was nervous but she loved Dr. Sloan, the assistants, and of course Dr. Broedmerciles fish.....
