I was very impressed with the care that I received here.

At 32 I can still read the bottom row text but things have been blurry lately and dull. After seeing Dr. Starr I found out I have astigmatism and he prescribed me -.25 in one eye and glasses that correct for astigmatism. I am shocked at how much better and easier it is to see now. I don't get eye strain, no more random dizziness, and now everything is crystal clear. Night time and low lighting is so much easier on my eyes now with glasses! I am so thankful for Dr Starr taking his time to explain everything and writing the optimal prescription to correct my vision.
The nurse that prescreened me was very patient and friendly.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me find affordable frames very quickly and my ordered glasses came in in like 2 days. I also came back for a comfort adjustment and it was swiftly resolved!

Love Doctor Tanner and his staff!! I’ve been going to his clinic for years and the service has been immaculate. They ship my contacts to my house, have a great selection of frames, and are very easy to schedule with. I’ve come in for both regular check ups and medical inquiries and Doctor Tanner has always been able to answer all my questions in ways that I can understand.

I really liked the eye doctor there however I had problems with the office staff's customer service and unfortunately decided to change eye doctors. I have a high prescription that has always been covered because of medical necessity. Before I came to Loveland and switched to Premier Family Eyecare all my past eye doctors offices were able to bill it to the insurance correctly and I was never charged. The first year I went to this office they could not figure it out and just wrote it off. The next year they were asking for hundreds of dollars for my contacts completely out of the blue. They never told me they didn't figure it out in which case I'd either be looking for a new eye doctor's office or new coverage but I was completely blindsided. They would not take the fault and kept calling and said if I didn't pay it would be sent to collections. I found a new doctor's office and they billed it correctly, confirmed that same day in the office and did not charge me anything. Premier Family Eyecare would not give me a refund and said it was my fault for not knowing my insurance better and that I "should be glad" they wrote it off for me" and I was the one that signed the financial agreement, completely putting the blame all on me. Yet my new eye doctor was able process it correctly that same day.
The eye doctor at Premier Family Eyecare is great however the office staff needs better training on how to do their job in working with the insurance company and does not do a good job communicating with customers. I did not want to switch eye doctors but I will not be coming back to that office.

Unethical, uncaring, and greedy. I called to reschedule my appointment the morning of because I woke up very ill. The lady answering the phone said I would have to either arrive anyway or pay $40 even though I was sick. I told her I would try to make it. As I tried to get into my car to drive there I was so nauseous that I realized it was not safe for me or anyone else on the road for me to even attempt to drive. I called them back and told them I will not be showing up and would not be returning as a patient. Today I received a bill from them for $40. All they care about is money and not at all about the safety of their patients or other people on the road. I’m really disgusted by them.

Our family is so incredibly pleased and impressed by Premier Family Eyecare!!! Dr. Tanner is thorough, patient, and excellent with kids! Natalee has been a HUGE help in finding the right pair of frames for both my young children. She is sweet and funny and gets the kids exactly what they need!! We've purchased several pairs of glasses there and every time is a unique and pleasing experience! As a single mom, I appreciate Natalee's efforts to help us find affordable options. She goes so far as to compare costs with insurance and without and nearly every time their package deals beat my insurance coverage! We feel welcomed and very comfortable at Premier and the staff makes all the difference! Thank you for such excellent service and care for your patients!

Especially as a new patient, I appreciated that they were able to fit me in with short notice today for a serious eye issue (my regular eye dr. was closed extra days for the holiday and when I called when they opened my old dr couldn't find an appointment for at least a week). The staff at Premier Family Eyecare were all pleasant and Dr. Tanner was excellent. He really listened, made me feel like I could ask all my questions with ease and didn't make me feel rushed. He's knowledgeable and caring. I left feeling so much better about my condition and confident with my treatment plan. I am switching to Premier Family Eyecare as a result of this visit.

After I moved I was very reluctant to see a new eye doctor as I loved my old one but premiere treated me equally as well. The staff was so helpful and courteous all of the office ladies gave me opinions on what kind of eye glasses I should choose and what frames looked best on me. Dr. Tanner was very friendly and made me feel like I had been a patient there for years. Thank you premiere for taking such good care of me. I will be recommending you to all of my family and friends!

I have not had an eye examination in several years and this office was amazing! Every staff member that I came across with was very pleasant and professional. One staff member was working her first day and was just as nervous as I was, but she did amazing! The office is very clean and Dr. Tanner took a lot of time with me and discussed every step of what he was doing to make me feel comfortable. When ordering the needed glasses, Randi, was able to find me additional savings with my insurance that I didn't know about! These people care and it shows with every staff member.
