I called for an eye medical issue. They were able to get me in on the same day. The Premier Vision tech took her time to hear of my issues & concerns. The doctor took great care and time to make a diagnosis. He was able to clearly explain to me what was going on and what treatment plan would resolve my eye issue.

I went today to see Dr. Pinard for some eye concerns. I had some tests done by the assistant/tech and Dr. Pinard explained everything very carefully and kindly and did some more test on his own. He makes you feel at ease with his explanations and really thinks about how his patients would like to hear the information presented to them. I would highly recommend him and the staff at Premier Vision Partners for all of your eye health needs.

My experience was wonderful. The entire staff was very helpful and courteous. The doctor clearly explained everything to me. The optician was very knowledgeable and explained the various types of "transitions" lenses to me so I was able to pick the one hat fit my needs.

The good: staff friendly, clean and a good selection of frames. The optician is knowledgeable and easy to work with,
The make me not want to come back: When asked about co-pay since I have 2 vision insurance, could never get a satisfactory answer, Sent a message to come pick up glasses, with no times optician available. Went into office, he was at lunch and there was a hour wait. Did get the glasses, frustrating experience. Now 2 /2 months later get a text with an amount due. No accounting of what it was for nor with a follow-up bill.
