BEST PLACE EVER. fixed my glasses when i thought there was nothing to be done. Superwoman behind the counter fixed and cleaned them for me w/o charge. All i did was walk in, amazing. Not only was the experience great but so was the atmosphere. Me and my friends shared a laugh with the owner and superwoman and their kindness changed our day. Although i wasn’t in there for a new pair of glasses, i have to say, i couldn’t resist looking at the what i swear were 100 pairs of glasses. great options and so many to choose from. all raving aside, thank you so so much and as promised, a wonderful review for a wonderful place.

Best fitting frames I’ve ever had and I love the transition lenses.
The Pride Optique team is so pleasant & personable. They have an incredible collection of frames. I spent plenty of time trying frames before deciding which fit me best. I really enjoyed the opportunity to test out the brown vs grey transition lenses before deciding which to order.
I know that I can ask for adjustments whenever needed.
I look forward to working with them again.

Went into Pride Optical after seeing interesting frames in their display and I'm glad I did. Patty was patient as I tried on a million different pairs. After choosing one, the turnaround to pick them up with my prescription was pretty fast. The frames ended up sitting too close to my face, so I returned to see if they could be adjusted. To my surprise, they were able to add a higher plastic nose pad to match my frames instead of those old school metal ones. I was also having problems adjusting to the lenses, but they kept on making adjustments until they were correct. They even let me see their optometrist for free to check that my prescription was accurate. I also discovered that the lenses on my old frames (from a different place) weren't entirely right, so Adam offered to replace those lenses for free so I wouldn't have trouble switching between my old and new frames.

Even though it took a few visits to get everything right, I'm glad it did because I got to know Patty and Adam more and am blown away by the level of commitment, quality and customer service they have for their clients. They're just lovely people and I'm happy to have found my go-to glasses place.

Pride Optical has been our families go-to for several years. Adam and Patty are incredibly accommodating and helpful. Their selection of frames is amazing. They make it easy as a one stop-shop for my busy husband to have an eye exam and select glasses, with a quick turnaround. They have helped us order glasses quickly when my daughter misplaced hers while overnight at sleepaway camp. Pride is great with helping configure youth sports/safety glasses as well. They even caught a mistake in a prescription written by an outside ophthalmology office for my daughter. Now she gets her eyes examed in-house at Pride. I really can't recommend them enough. It's refreshing to have an establishment with personal attention and expertise who really knows you.

I live nearby and desperately needed to fix my bent frames. I didn't get them at Pride Optical and have never been a customer there but they fixed them free of charge in 10 minutes (with no appointment). Really appreciate the friendly and efficient service

Amazing Staff! They help build my bridge on my glasses when they kept slipping down for nose! A sweet find in a crazy city! The support cancer awareness! Definitely a go for fun glasses too!

I am thrilled at finding an Optical store with a generous selection of fashion forward frames, and more importantly, a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Adam took personal care to make sure my special medical needs were considered when designing lenses that work for me, including using his network of neuropthalmologists and ophthalmologists at my primary health center. The staff could not have been nicer and I am thrilled with my new specs. Could not recommend more.
