Me and my mother were new to Adel and didn't have good experiences with another lawn mower company. After buying a zero-turn on facebook and discovering it was a dud mower, I was afraid to take it "anywhere" for evaluation after our experience with the other company. Thank God I did some research and found Prime Power. I cannot begin to say enough good things regarding the owners and the company! They are LITERALLY the best company I have dealt with on every level (speed of service, quality, honesty, care, and at the end of the day really "price"). If you are a first time "looker" for services, or even if you've been using another place for years...I'm telling you that you need to do yourself a favor and give these guys a call to see what you have been missing!!! The customer service was amazing, purchased a new Ferris ISX 3300, the best mower by far I could ever imagined. Was assisted by Daniel at the dealership and Martin Brown Territory Sales Mgr., both working together were able to process the purchase, everything perfect and make arrangements to deliver to me the next day in Florida.
