Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Do NOT use them. First, I received a call that they needed to charge me a $200 "upgrade" for an electric hospital bed because all they had were manual ones apparently. I paid the money, bed was delivered, and my dad ended up not getting to the facility so it was never used. I called to ask them to refund the money since the bed was never used, and they refused. Not to mention the bed was in horrible condition! Rusty, dirty, and looked like it had been in someone's garage since the 1970s. Customer service is horrible, and lacking empathy (my dad passed away). Pocketing money from a dead man. They should be ashamed.

No return policy! My mom had some things shipped to her in Sept. I called in Oct and said she doesn’t need them. They said they would call me back with instructions. No call back. I called today and they said Sorry. No returns. Bad customer service!

I highly advise against using this medical equipment company. Despite their claims of experience and safety, my personal experience with them was extremely disappointing. After paying my copay, I faced issues such as not receiving a receipt despite multiple requests, being denied access to the order for the equipment, and receiving old and faulty equipment. The semi-electric bed I received had a handle that was taped and zip-tied together, posing a safety hazard. When I contacted the company about this, they initially denied the issue, only to later admit that the equipment was indeed improperly repaired.

Furthermore, the overall state of their equipment is concerning, with items such as a Hoyer lift being old and malfunctioning. The company appears to be understaffed and unresponsive to customer concerns, making the entire experience even more frustrating. I found the equipment to be unsafe and unsanitary, as evidenced by the reuse of patient devices without proper cleaning or disclosure.

As a seasoned nurse with 25 years of experience, I must emphasize the importance of caution when considering this company for medical equipment needs. I rate them a zero and strongly recommend exploring other options to ensure your safety and satisfaction. It is evident that their practices raise serious ethical and safety concerns, particularly regarding the handling and reuse of equipment. Be vigilant and informed if you choose to engage with this company.

Called me today requesting payment for an item that was ordered for my family member. Requested my credit card information via phone, but could not produce an actual invoice. They advised me they could only send a receipt after I provided my card information and paid via phone. Has not told me what portion the insurance is covering. Also, the provider they claim ordered the product hasn’t ordered any new medical devices. I requested a copy of the actual order from the physician which they also cannot/will not produce. When I questioned the individual who contacted me her go-to answer was that she could just “cancel everything.” Absolutely not patient-centered and all seems quite fishy.

This company doesn’t know if it’s coming or going. Tried to get a bed delivered for my Mom, took it to an assisted living, then when she died I tried to schedule a pick up, they told me I owned it then a month later started calling again for pick. Finally got the bed and now a month later still calling to pick up bed.
