love the store had a terrible experience today with a bud tender who was upset that I asked had she seen some of the grows the big companies got going they look sickly and not as healthy as home grown she got a complete attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful about my opinion asked my why I was buying anything there just seemed like trying to make conversation with a whole other person in the store triggered this lady and was a disaster. won't visit this location at all again due to her behavior

The entire experience as a 1st timer was amazing! The person helping me was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Place was top of the line! On my previous visit to St Louis, I went to a different place. This place had stylish decor and menus for edibles and a menu for tapes and bud. Sheer perfection 👌

The wait times suck here it’s 8:20am and there is a we’ll be back sign. And it was 4 people on the inside so it wasn’t a staffing issue. The people are nice kind but the wait times are ridiculous especially when you only have one customer.

Very pleasant atmosphere and kind staff. The price for my order was a few dollars cheaper than what it showed online, so take that as a positive or a negative. I love that the drive through is covered and spacious as well. All around great experience really.

I’m very humbled by Proper Cannabis by how well they treat us veterans. 22 is the number of veterans a day that commit suicide, and with that number I am reminded that I don’t just medicate for myself, I medicate for Doc Matas. 1/8’s corpsman when I was in the Marine Corps. Doc Matas, he made it out of Iraq, but the war didn’t leave him and in 2017 he took his life from the pain that was constantly attacking him. He really felt that it would cause more pain and suffering for everyone if he didn’t. I have a lot of good memories of Doc. When 1/8 went to Japan for combat training Matas and I were roommates. Every morning we always woke up to his favorite band, the Dave Mathew’s Band. And yes every Memorial Day Dave Mathew’s Band gets played a lot. I received my traumatic brain injury, TBI, at the JWTC training center doing a combat training operation. I have seizures, very bad bipolar, severe migraines, schizo affected disorder, and the VA has me rated a 100% suicidal. I have found how much my life has improved with good medicine established. The pills I need from the VA don’t work alone, that was a dark road for me. I have found that with the right strains of cannabis tremendously helps with the pills that I do have to take, and my life has changed for the better and my dad will testify to that. I am not ashamed to admit this because it needed to happen. I tried committing suicide around him. So long story short I am definitely glad I didn’t die, I got my first medical cannabis authorization in Washington State in 2010 right after Obama declared an order that if a veteran is living in a medical cannabis state and they are being state compliant. The VA still has to treat us and cannot take away our VA benefits. That’s when my journey to learn as much as I can about all the medicinal benefits cannabis holds for us. I have had good teachers in my journey and had the privilege to rub elbows with some big name people while working in the medical cannabis times. Proper Cannabis you have set a bar for people, your top notch, and your proper. You have a great staff and when I do come with my service dog, I’m always happy that they don’t talk to my service dog. She has a very hard job and she needs all the help she can get. On 1/30/25 the lady that helped me was so amazing, she kicked a#*. I felt very relaxed around her. Yes she hit a home run. Please, please don’t change. You guys are one of the best in this cannabis industry and people will notice the standards that you have set. Keep it up and I will be seeing you again and again.

This place came recommended and did not disappoint. The employees are warm and personable. The space is inviting, informative, and sleek. The menus are the prettiest ones I've seen in town for far and the prices are decent PLUS they have a discount that you get for your first 3 visits! Good hours and quick service. Worth 5 stars and more!
