Always like there protein shakes and post workout boosters! I recommend anyone working out that needs a boost or extra protein for the day to come down and try there stuff. The people are nice and the shakes are amazing!

So excited to have a healthy option here at the lake. Huge menu of flavors, and with the different options of boosts and teas. So cool! Staff was super friendly, you’re able to opt to not have the tea in it. About $7+ for a shake, but if you think about it compared to $5 for a cup of Starbucks… definitely will frequent this place.

Oh! And they mentioned an aerial fitness coming soon. Pretty sweet!

I stop here weekly to get a tea. There is a great variety of flavors and the menu changes seasonally. I love the teas and one lasts me several hours. The staff are all friendly and get to know their customers.
