The facilities were okay and seemed to be conducive to make the patients better. However, with the amount of fees that we're paying, we expected premium service as well. We didn't expect that our father would be neglected and instead of becoming better, was left feeling worse than his condition when we sent him here. All those money we paid them wasn't worth the services we got.

We had a bad experience when we trusted them to take care of our aunt who has mental issues. They promised to take good care of her and provide her all she needs. However, after leaving her for several weeks, our aunt's condition became worse and it looked like she was neglected and hasn't taken care of. It was heartbreaking to see her like that so at that very moment, we decided to take her and look for a better mental institution.

Avoid bringing your relative or loved ones here. The place is a mess. All these reviews are from real people and their experiences aren't any different from mine. The on-hand staff are very incompetent and the managerial staff are rude. Before you send your loved ones to place like this DO your research!

The staff members are not kind but rude. They treat patients very badly and often lie to the relatives of the patients. The facility is terrible. Don't bring a loved one here, ever!

I really appreciate the staff and The kind and friendiness that they always show me on the phone and whenever I visit my family member. Most of all i really appreciate all the kindness, politeness, and I sm truly thankful to Garrett for always listening carefully to my concerns and he alway cares about and respects my concerns, he is very kind when answering me and explaining what I need to know. I thank him so much for all that he does for that facility. Please let Garrett Know what he is appreciated for all the kindness and respect along with friendliness, not to forget to mention that he really cares about the people, staff and families. These people were understaffed and uncaring. The patients were also too rowdy. My aunt couldn't stick here for long. Don't trust this place to take care of your loved ones!

more like hell. i was brought here because i had wanted to escape a real mental institution. i ran away and they sent a goon squad after me. the fire department intervened and allowed me to transfer to san jose mental institution. san jose doesn't really take mental health issues to heart and thankfully i was transferred to a mental institution in sonoma. damn it awful here and expensive. the place was a money pit too. they want everyone to stay down dependent and useless so they can mooch off your relatives. then you realize your relatives aren't so bad. money and medicine do not equate

We expected that our brother will be taken cared of very well and will be provided a personal and private care with the premium fees we are paying. Turns out we still need to pay a lot more for that kind of service.
