There is a black pharmacist that works there, and I just want to say he is incredibly kind and definitely cares about the customer. My daughter's prescription for bronchitis needed to be picked up, the pharmacy was closing in 10 minutes and I wasn't going to make it. After calling and speaking with him, he verified there would be no copay and said he would leave it at customer service so she didn't have to wait another day. I actually made it there before he had dropped it off at customer service and he was still there behind the closed pharmacy working. Idk your name, but the world needs more of your kind of compassion in customer service and health care. Thank you so much!

Publicly posting this review so that it may help improve (change staff) the pharmacy. The pharmacy technician is incapable of understanding the prescriptions from reputable doctors and nurses and Stephanie (the clerk), is completely unprofessional and disgusting. What a terrible bunch. We spend thousands of dollars in this pharmacy only to be treated like garbage. Escalated it to corporate.

I had an issue with a specific rx. that I wasn't able to get filled at Publix. no fault of theirs. However before we found this info out they called and spent an hour on the phone with my insurance company and found out this Rx had to be filled at Wal Greens .. We went back and forth between doctor and insurance Co for about 2 weeks before approval was done.. Walgreens filled it.. And the Pharmacist even called me the next day to make sure I received my meds which he did not have to do.. The definitely went way above and beyond to help me.. Thank you!!!

I don’t usually do these.. Unfortunately, I have had a horrible experience with the Publix Pharmacy here in Kingsland. I needed authorization for a medication of mine. My doctor’s office called to give authorization, Cody the tech did not notate it and refused to fill it until Monday 04/08/24. Come Monday they said they did not have authorization and refused to call my doctors office when, most pharmacies call in regard to authorizations, they REFUSED. I have had to be the middle man due to the pharmacy techs inability to call and take care of prescriptions. Now that they have authorization they have stated they will no longer fill my medication due to me saying I was transferring my prescriptions elsewhere due to their customer service. Have heard many other stories similar to mine from this pharmacy. I also called back office and filed a report with them regarding this pharmacy.

Azrah also accused me of selling my medication and Ryan was the least helpful person as well.

I had medication sent from urgent care before 12 noon but despite several calls, they could not manage to fill it until over 24hrs later.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Azrah and she was snippy & inconvenienced when I informed her the price was incorrect. Her rotten attitude made the whole encounter 100x worse!

Kudos to the pharmacy team at Publix in Kingsland, Georgia for being so kind and helpful during the crisis caused by the cyber attack which impacted many pharmacies. They provide wonderful customer service despite their increased work load.

The service is terrible. If you are sick and need a prescription to be filled in a timely manner, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! So many times I’ve experienced bad service. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. Enough is enough.
