My husband and I want to give praise to Cathy and Trudy and the rest of the staff at the pharmacy at Shamrock Plaza for their excellent attention to detail when filling a script. Cathy received a script request for a med for my husband and recognized that it could severely interfere with his heart condition. She and/or the staff contacted both doctors involved in order to get the correct script for his condition that would not further harm his heart. Well done! Thank you so much!

Best pharmacy in this area! They treat you with care and are helpful with out of stock medicines. Delivery options are easy and everything is privately packaged.

I initially gave the pharmacy a poor review. The pharmacy manager called me this morning and we discussed what happened on Saturday. She was very professional and apologized for the miscommunication. I appreciated her taking the time to do this.

Only 2 checkout counters, no self-checkout. I had one item. Waited behind 3 customers with over 20 items each. Insane!!

I don't even know why they have an app. You can have RX that autofill each month and they will ignore it. The RXs will sit in the app for days as "pending" and you'll never know their status or what is blocking them from being filled. When you call, you'll be lucky if they pick up to answer your questions. Pretty terrible experience the last couple of months.

Call it in, use the app. Doesn’t matter will not be ready on time. So I started giving an extra 24 hours. Nope still not ready. 3 straight months.
Everyone is very polite, but please don’t give a pick up time, but never start until we’re in the store.
