The pharmacy staff exhibits unprofessional behavior, allegedly yelling at customers without cause. The head pharmacist, who is compassionate and kind, should be empowered to enforce proper standards and prevent such misconduct.

Yesterday I needed to get an emergency prescription for my Mom. It was hard to get through to the Pharmacy - I called at the worst time - Friday afternoon! However, when I got through the pharmacist couldn't have been nicer. Not only did he get the new prescription ready for me in 20 minutes but he also got her Medicare/Insurance Info online so that we didn't charged a ridiculous amount for it. I didn't ask for that - he just took care of it. Great service. Thank you!

Had to express my disappointment & dissatisfaction with the Publix team today, 12/28/22. After shopping at this and other stores for over 20+ years, this is my 1st experience receiving poor customer service. I rarely visit the Pharmacy dept because most of my RX are home delivered. We came down with a combination of colds/flu over Xmas. As the caretaker but still sick and exhausted myself was attempting to pick up my antibiotic called in by Piedmont Urgent Care. Granted they made a mistake and sent it over to CVS Pharmacy, my old Pharmacy. The Publix Pharmacist, I believe his name is Mr. Yoon was not unprofessional but worst...unkind, snarky and didn't represent the Publix brand well. I did everything he asked, called the Dr & Nurse back 2x, had them cancel the RX at CVS and resend to him at Publix. He still was rude, condescending, and sarcastic. All I wanted was my meds so I could get back home, get well, take care of me and my family. He and his assistant continued to question me 5 or 6x times although the process was set in motion. 20 minutes later no meds. I will apologize for getting upset. I had no voice, so I was speaking loud, had a fever, was achy and again SICK!! I was looking for their HELP. He refused to fill my RX! YES REFUSED. Why? I even offered to make a 3way call with him and Urgent Care to ensure the RX issue was resolved. He said NO!! I left with no RX or Groceries after shopping sick. Wasted time & energy! I would hope you'd offer the Pharmacy staff the same training as the other employees because they desperately need to learn customer service skills, like other Publix employees who have been wonderful over the years.But then again maybe you can't teach compassion or empathy. Neither offered a greeting, never smiled, said hello, how are you? This seems like common sense to me. How would they fee if it was their mother, wife or sister had been treated this way? Just my two cents. I will not stop being a customer at Publix stores but will not patronize the Pharmacy again. We have all been through a lot the past 2.5 years. Kindness, Appreciation & Forgiveness goes a long way! So my apologies My Yoon & Ms. Assistant for my behavior today. I hope the rest of your customers who walked in today were feeling well and were easier to service.

I had an interesting experience. I called twice to have a prescription transferred due to it being on back order in all CVS and in Kroger. I’ve been dealing with a baby suffering from fever and an ear infection for three days and was hoping for some good news. Natalie was rude and condescending and extremely unpleasant. I do NOT recommend this location solely due to Natalie’s disgusting unprovoked and unprofessional behavior.

I booked a Covid19 vaccination apt online. Once booked, couldn’t cancel online. I dropped in to confirm I was eligible, planning to cancel if I wasn’t. The blonde female at the pharmacy told me I wasn’t. I acknowledged, and said maybe in the future I would be eligible. This seemed to make her angry, not sure why, there was no lineup or phone ringing. So she restated that I wasn’t eligible (as if I were stupid). Before I could cancel my appointment, so someone else could use it, she turned and walked away. Rude. Why take this job if you don’t like people? Forget this pharmacy, go to CVS @ N. Druid & LaVista instead. I’ve been going there for years to pick up prescriptions and get vaccinations. They always treat their customers with dignity and respect.

Awesome pharmacy. We moved away from Toco Hills, but we still come here because of Beryl. He's the best pharmacist we've ever had. When talking to him, it's like talking to a friend. He will call the insurance companies and go to bat for the customer. I can't say enough about him.

Great store. All the basics and then some. Great store staff and super pharmacy too. I use the fruit and veggies here and the kid likes their deli and prep'd food. All good. The store is clean and the organization spot on. Other restaurants and stores in the Toco Hills make this a great option for our neighborhood. Thanks Publix.

Always professional and quick. They are more expensive than almost every other pharmacy without using insurance but always very professional and customer service is better. So you pay little more but you receive better service in my book🤙💯.
