I called this pharmacy and they answer the phone simply saying hello, I’m like hello is this a business is this a pharmacy? Be professional, if you want providers to even attempt to order from you. Oh, and they are not taking any new clients they said, which is probably a good thing-first, get your customer service under control and then hopefully you are mixing the drugs properly.

Stay away. Don’t even bother with this pharmacy. Rude as it gets. Disrespectful and attitude driven.

As the lady on the phone said: “we are not like any other pharmacies” meaning they put their needs before yours. Excellent way to do business.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the best pharmacy ever. Mishal is is extremely kind and caring, provides amazing customer service and has an excellent attention to detail. The only pharmacy I go to now, even for medication for my dogs! They have a great range of skincare products as well. Thank you for your phenomenal care as always!

I always check with Pure before any other drugstore and usually they have what I need at a competitive price. Also the staff, who are so helpful and friendly, remember me every time I go. It's such a pleasure to have this kind of "old fashion" service in frenetic South Beach.

I went to get my vaccine shot, all of the employees were very nice and super helpful, the store was clean and smells amazing. However the pharmacist is a very rude guy, not only does he yell at his employees in front of customers he tries to yell and be demanding towards the customers. Not the best experience and probably wouldn’t recommend going to see the pharmacist
