Waited 2 weeks for an EMERGENCY appointment just for them to say they can’t do anything because they didn’t have the staff. Dentist was very nice but all I got was a referral to go to a different dentist. This place shouldn’t be open if they can’t do anything for patients.

The dental office is a joke. You'll have an appt then they want to call you the day of to cancel due 2 short staff and now I call back to reschedule and they tell me they'll get back to me when they're ready to schedule those patients smh. This is ridiculous. I'll definitely will be going elsewhere. So unprofessional.

About as useless as a screen door on a submarine. Didn't even try to utilize services. I wanted to know if they knew of any pediatric dentist in the area as the ones I Googled deal with older children. Simple enough, but not for Putnam county I guess, because they had no information and seemed irritated that I would even ask. I don't know what Putnam county has against children but the lack or resources for them is disgusting.

After waiting 2 months for initial denture appointment for my brother who has a disability, insurance approval, initial visit with Dentist who said he wanted the impressions done, and multiple calls not answered for scheduling (2/23, 2/26, 3/1 and 3/3) I finally get a call today that the dentist doesnt want to do it. What a massive waste of time and just super poor service. I will call the insurance company and let them know that they do not provide this service even though the doc wanted to do impressions after the xray showed it would work. Super disappointed in the service, response, and disrespect for a client. Nearly 3 months of wasted time!! Not to mention the health risk it has put my brother in.

They offer healthcare for those on with low-income. You can also go there for WIC because its attached to their building as well as the Vital Statistics Office.
