Great customer service on the phone when I booked the appointment. Everyone was so friendly when I came for my first appointment! I could tell they all worked well together and displayed a great work culture saying positive things about one another. I really liked Dr. Bongard. She was reassuring, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Kiel is so patient and thorough and she can be funny. I always smile at some point in my time there. The staff is nice, efficient, and always professional. I’m certainly going to miss Dr. Kiel. Someone is going to have to have some awfully big shoes to fill.

On March 17 I visited the Maryville office and everyone was very nice. I was treated with respect and had all of my concerns addressed. It was a pleasant experience. I’m looking forward to getting my new glasses.

I needed to be seen quickly for a problem with my eye & got an appt the same day. No long wait in the waiting room - took me back right at appt time. Dr Sobieralski diagnosed the problem immediately. He explain the problem and provided treatment for relief & healing. Dr Sobieralski & the entire staff were very pleasant and efficient.

Honestly, every single staff member was amazing. I really wish all Doctors had the same level of knowledge and professionalism and can't recommend these guys enough!

They canceled my surgery because I took my medicine with a sip of sweet tea. I was told to take medicine in morning. No one mention that sip couldn’t be sweet tea. Instructions say water,coffee and tea. No mention from them or paperwork it couldn’t be sweet. 3 days of prep for nothing.

This practice is overbooked. They ran almost two hours behind. Most of the patients have trouble getting around but are made to go back & forth from the waiting room to exam room three times. When we finally saw the doctor he was in the room for 3 minutes. Maybe be less greedy & have some compassion for your patients.
