I came to this Urgent Care in Crystal River after the one in Homosassa gave me issues and refused to see me. I was throwing up and running a fever. Ariel at the front desk made sure I was seen quickly, she made the check-in process very easy. Very helpful and compassionate. Ellen, the nurse was excellent. I needed an IV because I was dehydrated and couldn't keep anything down, and Ellen talked with me through putting the catheter in so that I didn't even feel it. Her experience and skill were impressive, she made sure nothing hurt. She made sure to make me feel comfortable and was very personable. Best experience I've ever had at a medical establishment.

I called today for information. Helen answered the phone, and you could literally hear the smile on her face and the kindness in her heart. She was so sweet and helpful. I will definitely use their services in the future, based on how wonderful Helen was.

Shootout to Natasha the NP at Quick Care for taking such excellent care of me. She was excellent, patient, kind, funny, and very informative on everything she was doing and made my visit less stressful. Also Shootout to Becky for taking her time to help calm my nerves and help assist the NP. They make an excellent team and they went way above and beyond caring for me. Thank you to Hailey for all her kindness and her bright spirit. Everyone was great ?. Thank you! Also this is Mike I was the patient and I'm on my beautiful gf's email. Thank you baby.

Unfortunately had a huge crowd today, so the wait time was over an hour and 15. Front desk staff did a great job trying to help everyone figure out when they maybe be seen, but quickly referenced the dreaded “Lunch Break” delay.

However and most importantly, once I got thru the speed bumps, my nurse and PA Rae were absolutely awesome. If I was rating the in house care it would of been five stars

Staff seemed to be thorough in the exam, detailed in their conversation, behaved politely in a very humane way, and competent with skills of handling their medical tools/equipment. I would feel confident in receiving care if I ever needed to go back.

told me all i needed was a person over 18, then told me all this other stuff i needed. keep in mind only needed a dr. note no treatment. was very unprofessional and system wasn’t even working. Tried to argue with me about my primary insurance when i had just been to a clinic and confirmed my insurance was medicaid. took over 10 minutes just for a note AFTER the fact i had been seen. just not an enjoyable experience. i recommend the Inverness office.

• Was seen 03/2023 for covid rapid test, self pay
• Apparently the front desk only charged for the visit and didn't charge me for the test - I thought it was all included in the charge
• I received one bill five days ago, saying I owe $50 for the test I thought I paid for in full at the time of the visit
• Seems like extortion
DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY and cut the bs... You can't be billing people a year and seven months after a visit. Get your crap together man... Is the 50 a current price or a price from 2023?

Ps their CR office is currently closed from hurricane flood damage
