Large market kept up well. Decent bakery and fish market. Large wine selection. Staff not enthusiastic to help you find things. Most of them just seem tired and dissatisfied. I get it; it's just a job, but they just seem defeated, compared with the staff at Trader Joe's, who are always lighthearted and friendly.

I searched for cotton swabs for 10 mins before asking someone, who handed me a pamphlet so I could search for them myself, again. It indicated they were on aisle 7, where I had already been looking. I finally found them stacked up on the top shelf, 7 1/2' feet above the ground. I'm 6'0. After doing some Olympic stretches, I made a running jump and was able to knock a few off the shelf.

Management is cheap about staffing cashiers at the registers, so be prepared to use the self-checkout.

This used to be a great market. The people there are all very nice and helpful. Then Kroger decided to cut back on the hours of their employees. I shop later in the day when it’s less crowded. Most of the time there’s no checker only self check out. The produce section has not been maintained. Several items are either missing or poor quality that I would not buy. Please don’t yell at the people who work there. This is not their choice. I will try Vons’s next-door. Their digital coupons are a pain in the butt. I’m already a member. Why do I have to do more work? Pretty sure you wanna offer the specials, but hope people don’t take it. You ruin the store to make yourself more profit . When people stop shopping there you’ll see your profit go down maybe then you’ll put more people back to work and make it the quality market that he used to be.
