Great experience. My new wheelchair has changed my quality of life. Kenton the owner came out to my nursing home to make the final adjustments personally. And the company has been with me every step of the way to make sure my newweel chair is the way to meet my needs. They are still working with me months after delivery. Randolf medical isn't the type of company that drops your equipment off and runs the other way.this is jeremy Delaney and I am in no way frustrated. Randolph medical has gone out of their way to make sure my chair is 100 percent the best fit for me. I can't thank them enough. If I need something changed I get a call the next day scheduling an appointment to when Kenton or Jeremy can come out and fix the problem or make the adjustments.i can't thank them enough.

Kenton was very knowledgeable about the specific needs of my client. He came to measure and when it was delivered he made sure it was adjusted correctly. We tried New Motion and never got anywhere with them. This is a local company and I recommend them.

Just walking into the store you felt the welcome. Staff was knowledgeable of the equipment. It was almost closing time and staff did hesitate to continue their efforts to make our purchase quick and easy.
We were informed of options that best fit my mother needs. No rushing us and my mother was able to try out a electric scooter that best fit her. Staff took it apart to show how easy was to assemble to put in the car. Staff had us pull to garage to load scooter out of the weather. Thank you Randolph staff for your help.

Posting review for my sister.
Provided powerchair for my disabled sister and from when the go ahead was given to delivery was less than a week or thereabouts. Was very thorough on instructions of operation and capabilities.
Company had previously built a manual wheelchair for her custom fitted and that took awhile but is well made and seats her very well. Even though he ( owner) already had the measurements from that he made the 70 mile drive (one way,we live rural) and remeasured her and delivered powerchair way out in boonies.
Overall excellent service and would highly recommend.
