Recently I took a nasty fall down some i
ce covered steps at my daughter's house. For a couple days I was in extreme pain. I tried a heating pad but that didn't work. My doctor told me to put ice on it and gave me meds to get through it. Ice was soaking my chair so my daughter recommended Range of Motion for a possible solution. Since they had helped her in the past I decided to call. They sent a technician out immediately with an cold rush compact machine. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable as he showed me how easy to setup it was. They also filed all the paperwork through my insurance for me. My back is now pain free as was this experience. I would definitely recommend Range of Motion to anyone going through a pain as it has helped me.

I have been trying to get a Wheelchair situation resolved since Aug 25, 2020. The wheelchair that was brought out when my son came home from the hospital was defective, it would pull to the right every time you were rolling. So when we called to let them know, they said there was nothing they could do about it REALLY, it defective!! FINALLY it was replaced on November 13, 2020 (after several phone calls) and it was the WRONG chair!! It did NOT have removable arms for him to be able to do a slide transfer. On November 30, 2020 I was told that an order was placed for a new one like the ORIGINAL one that was ordered. When the new chair came in it was a 16" chair NOT an 18" chair!!!

On January 29,2021 I left a message for someone to call me back. NEVER received a phone call. Left another message for Brooks to call me back on February 4, 2021( I was told he was the one doing all the ordering) NEVER received a phone call. On February 8, 2021 spoke with Destiny and she checked with Brooks and he just ordered the CORRECT Style & Size on February 4, 2021.

On March I spoke with Cassandra and I ask her to please e-mail me a coy of the order that was placed, so that I could make sure it's the correct style & size. She informed me that Brooks had the order info and she would have to have him e-mail it to me. As of March 10, 2021 Still NO e-mail. On March 10, 2021 I spoke with Cassandra again and she said she thought Brooks was gonna e-mail me, and she would give him the message AGAIN!!!

SO now I am waiting on a response from Brooks?

I NEVER knew it would be so DIFFICULT just to get the correct wheelchair for an amputee patient

I hate to rant and write a bad review BUT 7 months to get a Wheelchair issue resolved is a little ridiculous in my opinion!!!
