From walking in, they weren’t swamped with people. I was thankful for that because boyyyy was I feeling terrible! The lady at the front desk was super sweet and could tell I was really sick. She made the process painless and I was put in a room within 10 minutes from the time I arrived. The nurse that took my vitals was really nice too! She explained everything that she was doing and said the doctor would be right in. I saw the PA and she was thorough and gave me space to tell her what I’m feeling and what she thinks it may be. She was patient and kind. Overall, I would come back here again.

I went here as a walk-in first-time patient and was seen within 15-minutes. The nurse practitioner who saw me for my issue mentioned they didn't usually have what they would need to do the treatment she wanted, but she and the team found a way to make it happen. I left there feeling much better and feeling as though the team had helped me and taken my complaint seriously. I appreciate the team and their thoroughness.

The staff was very professional and easy to speak with. The practitioner was informative, spent a good amount of time with me and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend the care I received and the way I was treated. And btw, I am a Registered Nurse and appreciate good care.

This urgent care facility is absolutely spectacular. The staff was friendly and they gave me step by step instructions on my procedure. Everything was clean, organized and quick! Also very affordable, and I came in with no insurance. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! Thank you Redi-Med for making my experience very pleasant.
