Had cataracts removed from both eyes. Dr. Sherodd was great. Operation was easier than I would have ever thought. Staff friendly and helpful and assuring.

Dr. Chad Moore. Is great! The receptionist is a bit rude and not understanding or compassionate or when there is a death or someone is sick. And apparently gets confused easily when scheduling appointments when I tried to explain how my work schedule will change in a few months. I've had this same receptionist who was rude before in person she seems to be racist towards native American or my skin color as I'm not white!

I saw Dr. John Yuhas today for my eye exam. He was phenomenal along with his team. This was the first time I had ever been there to which I felt comfortable with the whole process. Dr. Yuhas explained every step he did along the way then afterwards explained the results of my exam all at once. If for any reason I didn’t understand something or had a question he took the time needed to make sure that I had my answer’s. He didn’t just rush me in and out but took his time with me. I highly recommend John Yuhas and his team for your eye care.

These people are nothing but careless! Our family will never use Curtis brown. They would make him wait in the waiting room for 2 hours because they would over book themselves and then put him in a room by himself for another hour. We told them that we would no longer be seeing them. Then they proceeded to send us a letter saying that they were no longer going to accept him due to the fact he wasn’t doing what he needed to, to care for his eyes. People are ridiculous. Just because you are a doctor DOESN’T mean you are any better then a man that sleeps on the side of the road.

I had Cataract surgery yesterday at the joplin eye clinic, with Dr.Sherrod, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. The pre-op, surgery, and post -op exam. were excellent, and very informative. Incredible staff that seems to truly enjoy working there and each other. It is truly amazing to be living in a time where this type of treatment is so readily available. I will definitely recommend their office and staff!! 2 👍 up!!

I had cataract surgery today with Dr. Sherrod. Him and the whole staff there was very nice and very professional. I want to say a special thanks to Paige for taking good care of me in Pre-op and to Dr. Sherrod for calling me later in the evening just to check and see how I was doing.
. Great job to everyone!!!
I had my cataract surgery done on my other eye on January 29th with Dr.Sherrod and Iam very pleased with the results. My vision is so much better now. I would like to thank Dr. Sherrod and his team for doing a great job! After both surgeries the Dr. called me at home to check and see how I was doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Sherrod to anyone needing cataract surgery done.

This place is amazing from the time you call for an appointment until you are released from care. They got me an appointment relatively quickly. I never waited more than 30 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor which is rare. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen Dr. Sherrod and he is by far the friendliest and best eye surgeon I have seen. I highly recommend this place

The Doctor was good but the front desk staff were very rude and short with me. They made me an appt without asking me first if it would work for me and when i tried to reschedule they made me feel like i was inconveniencing them. Then i tried to ask then a quick question and the women argued with me about why i was making the appt in the first place. Very unfriendly unprofessional bunch of people.😡
