I just had an amazing experience at my recent eye exam! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process a breeze.

The optometrist was incredibly thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how they took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel valued as a patient.

The entire team worked seamlessly together, showing professionalism and genuine care. It's clear they are passionate about what they do! I left feeling confident about my eye health and grateful for such a positive experience. Thank you to everyone for making my visit so enjoyable!

All of the texts and the doctor are always so kind and gracious. As well as being great at helping out glasses, due to my particular taste sometimes it takes a while, but they are amazing. Always recommend coming here to my friends and family.

Wonderful experience. Staff was extremely friendly yet amazingly professional. They did several thorough tests and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Dement thoroughly explained everything and his tech asked all the right questions and provided the answers I needed. Can’t wait for my new eyeglasses to arrive.

My husband and I had to find a new eye care provider due to us changing insurance. What a great choice we made to pick Regional Eyecare Associates! Dr. Elizabeth Voss and staff at the 370 & Elm location were excellent! So friendly and helpful in answering all our questions. I highly recommend!!

Had an appointment and waited over 20
Minutes and still was not being seen, waited around while the girls talked in the back room until I spoke loudly I need to re-schedule while they stayed seated and just said “ok” despite this everytime i pick something up takes 30+ minutes (not talking about an appt) overall nice staff but very inconsiderate of others time. If you are running behind you should call your appointments for the day . Communication is key especially a newer store location. Not sure if I will remain a customer at this point

We just moved to the area and I was very happy to find this gem 3 miles from our house.Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable at each position. The doctor was very thorough, caring, sympathetic and I did not feel rushed. I went blind in my right eye and it was corrected with surgery. But, I still cannot see well. He was able to correct me to 20-40, which I am very thankful for. There is Joy 99.1 playing in the office. I am indifferent to that. Take that as you will. My wife also enjoyed an appointment for her eyes and loved them as well. We both had appointments later in the month. We asked them to call us sooner if an appointment opens up.They accommodated this and was even able to get me in the day I called and asked to be seen sooner.

Fantastic!!! My foster son has an intellectual disability and is unable to read. They started with a machine to check his vision and get as close to his prescription as possible. Then, they were able to do the eye exam with a combination of letters and symbols as best as he would allow. They were kind and gracious and allowed him to be a kid, while still doing their jobs. I highly recommend them!!!
