The staff here is fantastic! I brought my 8 yo daughter in for her first eye exam and they were so sweet and friendly with her. Everyone in the office were very friendly and helpful. Answered all the questions we had. I will also be making an appointment for my son here as well.

Regional Eyecare has excellent staff in every area. I mean ALL the staff, including the doctor. They are all professional, personable, and friendly. This was such a pleasant experience. The whole staff from the front desk to the opticians to the doctor were all so nice. I’ve been to many eye places but this one topped all my experiences. They all make you feel so welcome and don’t judge if you don’t buy glasses right away from them which is a big one for me because any time I’ve been to an eye appointment they give me a bad look if I end up not wanting to purchase glasses from them. Dr. Lant was pretty cool. Very welcoming and made you feel calm and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Excellent front desk staff, very friendly. Cheryl’s care and personality were wonderful. Same for Dr. Lant. He spent so much time with us. He was very knowledgeable and had a great bed side manner. All around excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

The girl that checked me in was very nice and polite. The doctors assistant, Amy, was the best. She explained everything, answered all my questions, made me comfortable. Dr. Mackey was very nice and very thorough although she seemed in a bit of a hurry. While I was waiting my turn I was looking at frames and Amanda jumped right in to help me. I really appreciate that. The last place I went was nothing like this. I found my new eye care place.

Staff is nice! Doctor is informed and professional. Optic testing is very modern. I did find the exact same contacts $25 less expensive price per box at 1-800-contacts however, this is the best customer service and support I have found in eye care in a very long time. My previous doctor retired and this office contacted me. Thanks for all your help! Great job!

I usually visit the Wentzville office but needed a quick appointment so I visited the O’Fallon location today. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. I can be very indecisive and the woman helping me look for frames was extremely patient and gave me honest feedback, which was greatly appreciated!

I am a huge fan of Regional Eye Care. Dr Schafers did thee most thorough eye exam I've had since 1975. Her assistant Katie was just as professional yet fun as well as the optician whom I did not get her name. The ladies at the front desk were great. An absolutely beautiful office aesthetically. I am a patient for life.
