Have been going there for at least 10 years. I always get the best care. Everyone is polite. They are thorough and care about your eyes, which is important. Of course I have many eye issues and they cover them all. You’re the horse. I highly recommend you go there for the best eye care you can get.

I had been a previous patient at a different location many, many years ago. I decided I would try this route again instead of the 2 pair for blah blah $$... I was able to get at a time best suited me and fairly quickly. This branch is much closer than the other place I was going and with better business hours. I was given a very through exam by both the technician and the doctor. Once it was determined I do need to update my prescription, I was guided by a very nice young lady who helped me pick out a variety of frames. We then narrowed my choices down to the one frame I purchased. She explained how my specific insurance would be applied and the upgrades I requested due to my occupation. I was surprised to find that the brand name frames, premium progressive lenses, blue light blocking/anti-glare coating, less my insurance discount, came out to be less than my lined bifocal, not name brand frames, etc. at that other place.
I was happy with my treatment, how through every one was, and each person I encountered took the time to answer my question and give recommendations on what would be best for me.
Overall, I will definitely be a repeat client.

When my eye doctor retired he recommended Regional Eyecare. He had nothing but good things to say about them. I have to agree. My first visit was for a bad case of conjunctivitis. The doctor was very thorough. Since then I've gone back for check ups twice. I am confident they know their stuff!

I'm so grateful to Dr. Tobin and Richard at Regional Eyecare!! I came in with red, itchy, irritated eyes and also needed an exam. Richard was wonderful with patient education and he taught me a lot about different drops and problems. Dr. Tobin was wonderful! He saw the problem and provided a solution and within the hour I had the prescription eye drops needed and was super excited to learn my eyesight has actually IMPROVED this year compared to last! They were all kind, informative and seemed to genuinely care about and address my concerns! Cannot more highly recommend Dr. Tobin and staff at Regional Eyecare Associates!

1. To schedule an appointment I was 3 weeks out (returning customer)
2. Because of local weather and not realizing my car / driveway was going to need to be shoveled, I was running ten min late. I tried for 20 min to call in to confirm they would see me and at least let them know.
3. They literally answered as I pulled into parking lot
4. The front desk gal was extremely rude and had I not pushed my way to sit and wait, she was going to have me walk out
5. To reschedule it was 1.5 weeks out

Other then that the doctor and the gal that took me first and the gal that fits for glasses was exceptional.

First impressions are EVERYTHING!! Make sure that your first impression matches your office tempo, and if it doesn’t find someone who does
