The pharmacists and staff are amazing. I get calls about Rx prices prior to them filling prescriptions when my portion of the costs are higher than typical. The pharmacists also communicate with my doctors on alternative medications. In addition, as a compounding pharmacy they can do a lot that others cannot to be sure I have the best treatments possible at the best rates. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are!

There is no other pharmacy like Richmond Hill Pharmacy. I cannot begin to tell you the difference in care you receive from the staff and Pharmacist vs the national chain places. The level of care is nothing like you find now a days, they are extremely compassionate and help you jump through the hoops, it’s fast, friendly service and hometown atmosphere is amazing! In the last year on 3 different occasions they went over and beyond to help my family! Forever grateful to have this gem in our place we call home. Thank you again!

Words can not express!!! I came to this pharmacy today because hospice could only find the medicine he needed in their pharmacy. I did not have the money to pay for his prescription until tomorrow afternoon so I asked if I could come back then. I got in my truck and the lady that waited on me came back to get me. I went back in and she said it's taken care of. I said no it's ok I can get it tomorrow. She said no need that I already had enough on my plate. I did not even get her name, I was on verge of breaking down crying because there are not to many good people left in this world. She was an angel in my time of need and I can not say thank you enough to y'all for having her, she is very rare! She is soft spoken with auburn colored hair at pharmacy counter, if you see her please tell her that she is outstanding, wonderful, gracious, a complete angel! I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I did not want to be embarrassed crying like a baby in front of her. This is the type of person every company needs and more through out the world. I can not say enough about this, it was truly an honor to have us cross her path!!! Thank you so much and God bless you!

Their gift shop has great items. I’ve purchased gorgeous earrings for a great price!
