What's really convenient about Riggins is the UPS Store inside and the Bible bookstore, Dills Market next door, and a Mexican restaurant next door to that. So, if you need to make multiple trips, why not have them all in the same place! The staff at Riggins are very helpful. The Pharmacist is ready to help. I subtracted a star because the drive though is in a horrible spot, no painted lanes, and it moves very slowly, so you're better off going inside.

Peons answer the phone and then have to waste your time transferring your call to a pharmacist or tech. It's the ultimate waste of time. All other pharmacies have techs or pharmacists who answer the phone. I only use this ridiculous pharmacy because I have to.

I've been taking my prescriptions to Riggings for almost 20 years with no real problems except for being giving the wrong medicine in my bottle once. (Very scary)
But here in the last year I've had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. Have left several messages and never a return call from the pharmacist/owner (the only one who can approve or take care of major problems) is only there on Mondays. Since March 27th till now i still haven't gotten a return call regarding a $240 refund. Probably bc insurance don't pay as much for the medication that I paid $240 for. For only 20 pills to hold me over until insurance approved it. After receiving a letter from insurance approving this medication for that date, i even took that letter that stated this insurance was covering my medication for that date to the pharmacy and i still haven't received a call back. Have been told every time i call he's working on it. Insurance says they have to refund this by overriding something. I have changed pharmacies due to all of this. But mainly for being so disrespected by the owners daughter that she hung up on me several times.
I must say aaSSheilaa. Has always been really sweet and respectful and helpful. Also, Summer had been pretty pleasant.
I suffer from anxiety and almost always have terrible anxiety before i leave.

We get all of our medications - prescriptions and over the counter - from Riggins. Caring and helpful staff, good selection, knowledgeable pharmacists, easy pick-up from the drive-thru. Love the text message when your order is ready! Since there are no more brick & mortar Christian bookstores around, this is a double blessing for Lavonia and our surrounding counties! We love Riggins!

Absolutely horrible. My daugthers medication is never available. They will call and say it will be ready after 1pm. I go and there is always an issue with "her" medication. They never have her insulin 💉 "the correct ones in stock. There is always a problem with something every month we go to pick up medication which the medcation she HAS to have or she has to go to CHOA and be addmitted. Some of the staff is okay with customers then some talk to you like you are a child and dont know what color a blue crayon is. I thought the walmart pharmacy in toccoa was bad but this place tops all the bad experiences.
And it isnt just my daugthers medication they have issues with its also my husbands. I wanted to support local and not go to a chain but looks like we are going to find another place to do business with.

The "pharmacy" is a nightmare. I've had scripts filled here 3x and each has been bad. First it took them 2 weeks to get a very common non-narcotic medication in stock. Second, again two weeks, but someone else's med was in the bag (I caught it). Third, I dropped off a bottle for a refill, and they held it so long it expired and they demanded another script. Go to a real pharmacy with competent staff.
