I have been a patient of Dr. Caudelle for over 20 years, and during that time, I have always appreciated his expertise and care. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the front desk staff has been disappointing and has ultimately made me want to find a new eye doctor.

During my last visit, I mistakenly went to the old Fayetteville location, which caused me to be late for my appointment. When I called to try to find the new location, I got no answer, I even left a message. When I finally found the new practice, instead of understanding my situation and assisting me, they made me feel unwelcome, almost as if they didn't want to take me.

When I finally managed to reschedule, my appointment was canceled because Dr. Caudelle was no longer in the office that day. It has become increasingly difficult to secure an appointment, and the genuine customer service that once defined this practice seems to have vanished.

After two decades of loyalty, it’s disheartening to say that the quality of service has declined to the point where I want to find a new eye doctor because I didn’t feel welcomed. I hope the clinic can address these issues to prevent other long-term patients from experiencing similar frustration.

Dr. Caudelle is simply the BEST. He's very nice, very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. I haven't been seeing him for long but every visit has been a pleasant one. I highly recommend him ?

Dr. Caudelle sold his practice to a corporation; the "personal" touch is gone. Rather than waste your time finding out the way my family did I encourage you to find a new doctor.

Since being unable to see clearly for the better part of 20 years I've been seeing Dr Caudelle. He is a super cool optometrist that is both friendly and professional. I've been lucky they have accepted all of my different types of insurance from when I was a kid to today. The staff has always been friendly and helpful which is why I go out of my way for my yearly exams.

Dr. Claudelle is the best eye Dr. I ever had! I was losing my sight to uveitis. He had me come in every day to use special drops to bring my sight back!! He then sent me to Eye Consultants of Atlanta to follow up with the procedure☺️
