If I could give zero stars I would. This Is the worse company. They contacted me about upgrading my mom's oxygen machine. Long story short, they scheduled delivery twice and never showed. After many phone calls and messages being left, they said they could not deliver because she had a balance. She has never gotten a bill. When I asked for a corporate number I was put on hold and no one would ever pick back up. Got online to chat with billing and the patient number they gave me was wrong. I asked about a corporate number with them and was told they arent allowed to give it out. So BEWARE!

I was out of the hospital at 6pm. At 9, the tech responsible for delivering and hooking up everything, Jody Smith, was at my door. He was extremely helpful and professional. As we talked I asked about his route, only to find out he had to go to Perry (2-2/12 hour drive) after he left my house which according to him wasn't an unusual drive. To be clear, he wasnt complaining. Mr. Smith did a great job and I just wanted to convey this info. Good people are hard to find.

I've been a patient for a year now. Let me just say that my service techs Jodi and Christopher was the most pleasant and polite men ever. They definitely deserve an employee reward of some sort. Also the ladies that I've talked to Ebony and I believe the other was a Kimberly , sure. They was so sweet and polite as well as very helpful. I've been truly Blessed with Rotech, I'd never want to use another company. Thank you to your company for hiring such remarkable employees. Have a Blessed day.

After being hospitalized due to pneumonia and copd exacerbation, the doctor sent me home with oxygen…..never had oxygen prescribed before or used it before, but, lo and behold:
This is where Allison and Connie come into my life!!!!(Angels!)
I was coming home with 2 tanks of oxygen (big ones) and I knew that the company would deliver the plug in oxygen concentrator to me soon, because of Allison and Connie, I was able to receive the concentrator and use it to continue breathing and continue healing….. here’s what they did for me that blew me away:
I was released from the hospital on Veterans Day and the company in Jacksonville didn’t have any concentrator en route to my home, I fell asleep that night wondering what was going to happen (this is not the Rotech company but a different one)
I woke in the middle of the night with empty tank and got another one going, literally used sparingly and when the hour came for the Rotech store in Gainesville Florida to open, I called!!!!!
Connie was my first person of contact!
She was flawless and literally cared about me…..calling me back and informing me about the progress
Then, Allison also jumped in and helped me with the delivery and setup for the actual delivery
In all of my 60 years on this planet ? I have NEVER had such caring, thorough and loving people who really cared about me and my life, so that is why I am grateful for these 2 beautiful women and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
They are spot on!!!!

MUST READ. I am in disbelief at the customer service when in regards someone’s health. Horrible experience with entire staff. Local phones not answered nor messages returned. Showed up in person two days in a row, they where all unwilling to help with new script for travel oxygen. I even tried to rent it outside my insurance as this is last minute and Amber Fulgham the Area Manager whom I waited 30 minutes to see told me to look on the website for cost and availability. Should have a zero star rating. Completely unreliable. And all this review got was an automated response. Choose a different company!

They are always on top of our patients needs along with keeping us informed throughout the process with any updates or changes. The drivers of their vehicles are horrible. They drive below the speed limit on 35 mile an hour roads, creating unnecessary traffic. One even signaled while going around a curve, with no turn in sight.

I believe that lack of enough employees means lots of broken appointments. We keep getting no shows. When they do show up they do there job well.
