TERRIBLE SERVICE. Shipping is always delayed by days. You need to keep asking and calling to see if they have shipped the medication and they keep saying they did when they didn’t. Really don’t understand how this can be a sustainable business

After three decades of using CVS I was searching for an alternative and more affordable solution since insurances don’t want to cover certain medications. I was recommended this pharmacy by my PCP and I was not disappointed. They provide me with the same level of service (at times much better) than most nationwide large pharmacies. In my last few visits I’ve had the pleasure to be taken care of by Sergio and Victoria. They’re always so welcoming, take their time explaining the medication as well as answer any questions I may have. It’s nice to feel large pharma isn’t the only solution anymore. I started using Rx Compounding pharmacy when I found out the only medications I can tolerate for Ehlers-danlos syndrome related health issues were only available via compounding. The entire staff is phenomenal , professional and empathetic. I've never felt so heard and had a pharmacy help so much. When my mobility challenges no longer let me get to the pharmacy in person, I found out that Rx pharmacy delivered. This makes them very accessible for those of us with limited mobility. As a disabled person on a very fixed income, it's very challenging to get medication not covered by Medicare. I'm so grateful for Rx pharmacy. Without them, I wouldn't be functioning at all.
