This "specialty pharmacy was referred to me by me doctor. They refuse to assist my physician with prior authorization requests, rapidly pushing them into the "not our problem" category (when the whole reason for using them was their supposed willingness to help coordinate that process). They oh too willing to use a manufacturer coupon to ease the process for them but don't know or care the absolute amount in these limited and use it and likely you'll get you medication for a few months then back to their being no help. They call you but leave no message. Finally today they're not answering phone messages and the system running in a loop where you can't get anyone or leave a message (I'm betting they're closed but closed all day for black Friday?). And their agents don't know the medications well enough to pronounce them. NOT IMPRESSIVE.

I receive two mail order prescriptions every month, and they always call me when there are any changes in price or insurance policy. They even let me use their coupon, so that I pay $30 for one of my prescriptions instead of $300 because it's not on my prescription formulary. I love and highly recommend this pharmacy.

Excellent service!! Very professional and friendly staff who strive to ensure you get the best price available. I used them for my required prescription eye drops for my cataract surgery. I had to order medications from them two times. In each instance, I received my medications by first class mail in Blairsville, GA the very next day. It just doesn't get better. Thank you!!

By far the best pharmacy I’ve dealt with. They call you to let you know you’re do for your refill. Best pricing! And shipping is easy and fast. They also went above and beyond to make sure my 91 yr old father got his meds and delivered it personally to his home so I wouldn’t have to pay for expedited shipping . Most caring staff ever! Highly recommend!

I’m always eager to try a new pharmacy because chain pharms like cvs and Walgreens are an absolute nightmare, but unfortunately I don’t think we will continue to give this one a chance. Twice, a prescription was sent to this pharmacy from my child’s PCP. And both times, the pharmacy did not fill them. The first time, they recommended I buy the medication over the counter instead. The second time, for a different prescription, they didn’t fill it at all and waited till we show up to tell us that we need to call cvs to call them to send the prescription over because they… Wait for it… Did not have this medication in stock either. If you know anything about cvs, you know hell will freeze over before they call anybody for anything. On the bright side, it’s clean and organized in here. On the down side, that’s the only up side.

I am a living witness to this pharmacy going over and beyond for their customers. My insurance company tried to charge me a ridiculous price for an eye medication I needed, and the pharmacy helped me out tremendously. Without them, I would have not been able to get that medicine. Becky, thank you so much to you and your staff for helping me get this medication and for sending it to my home so quickly. I will continue to have my eye medications filled at this pharmacy. I am forever thankful.

Becky and AJ understand "going above and beyond". They fill my prescriptions each months and mail them to me without a glitch. As a kidney transplant patient that is so important. A task my local CVS could not accomplish at the drive thru! Their customer service is superb!!

Great people. Very helpful and excellent customer service. I recommend everyone stop buying at chain pharmacy like Walgreens, Walmart or CVS and go to individual pharmacy like Rx plus to see different in care and help for your prescriptions needs. They even ship medication every month home on time for free. I high recommend every one to give a try.
