*UPDATE*

Since they moved locally, and I got my first in person visit the experience has changed, and Vincent definitely gave a worthy caring service for the session. Telemed seems less personal, and rushed by design though. It's not the ideal session, but that being said it allows for quick sessions when life is dealing you a bad hand. I've lost a few loved ones I was helping care for over the past few years, and having a lot to deal with the short telemed sessions worked fine. Still the option for the occasional in person session is a blessing.

Worst psychiatric service I've ever had. Dr. Vincent does televised phone calls every 3 months only to spend around five minutes asking the same questions as the previous sessions. Not only does he not offer proper psychiatric care, but his staff always messes up my appointment on the day of.

I spend the time I should be in a session filling out the website contact form and having my mother call them to see why they haven't started the session yet. Today an appointment came and went without so much as a word from them until more than an hour after the fact.

They informed me that I missed the appointment, and that I could not get my prescriptions refilled until I had an appointment. This is after I contacted them through their site contact form about the situation. It is unacceptable. Do not let this company do you the way they've done me. They do not deserve your money.

Tara is absolutely amazing and has been the biggest help to our 7 year old struggling with undiagnosed ADHD for years. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for even just an evaluation. She listens and truly values your opinions and concerns.
