My previous pharmacy had pharmacists that really lacked any kind of personal touch or empathy. I called SM Pharmacy and was immediately helped and spoken to with warmth and kindness. Anu, owner, is THE best pharmacist I have ever used - and I’ve used a lot! Not only is she professional, friendly, and caring, she knows how to get the job done. Dealing with insurance can be a nightmare, but Anu follows through diligently and makes sure Rxs are filled on time and correctly. She has watched out for my elderly mother for many years - found errors and alerted me on several occasions- and now is my pharmacist too. It’s good to know that there are still professionals with integrity that actually care!

If you are looking for a pharmacy with exceptional customer service... look no further. Calls get returned, questions answered, medicines are filled. This pharmacy provided shingles vaccinations for us, something rare, glu flu shots, always went the extra step up get a quick turn around. Even in times when I had my surgeries, if I couldn’t get the pills right away, she delivered them! Love love love this pharmacy!

This is a nice little neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable. My family and I have gotten our covid19 shots here including all of our boosters. We just had to call to make an appointment.

This has to be the best pharmacy I have ever gone to bar none. I have regular medications that are filled on the monthly basis as well as the occasional odd one and Anu always comes through. I am always greeted with a smile and she actually knows my name when I walk in the door. There's a shocker! Try getting that kind of service from one of the big pharmacies who just see us as another one of the cattle.

You say sure, you have had a good experience but, I have some that come close with my current pharmacy. Will they come in after hours to make sure you have the medications you need?

I travel a lot for work and prescription renewal dates don't always work out to fall on the right days and folks forget from time to time. Anu actually came in at 8PM on a Saturday night to make sure I had my medications for a trip that was to start on Sunday as I had forgotten to get it taken care of. She even offered to drop it off at my house! I would never expect this on a regular basis of course but the fact that Anu was willing to do this for me was just over the top.

If you are anywhere near San Marcos this is the place to go! If you are further north, Anu's husband has a pharmacy in Oceanside and provides the same GREAT service.
