They can not ever label correctly what they are selling or have it in the right category. Why are you putting (VAPE)shattered carts under extracts and not under vape carts....even describes how shatter made and then you get a cart instead of shatter...ads say .5 when its 1.0 and never fixed their mistakes.....the customer eats their inconsiderate ?

The lack of variety and customer service is astounding. One guy without fail is always in the bathroom and they only ever have one person at check out so you will be waiting every time you go. All in all so not recommend. Idk where all these 5 stars are coming from, this is the worst dispensary in Gainesville by far.

The worst dispensary in Gainesville. You are practically buying grass! They have no variety and what they do have should not be sold. Please do not waste your time or money! The reviews are fake as well! The people who works in the stores put up reviews! This is a real, honest and current review! Do not go to this place!

Only been a few times, but today when I went to buy an eighth and got all the way home before opening the container to find one small nug less than a gram in the entire thing they gave me! Never had this happen at any other dispensary before. Called the store and they weren't sure what to do about the mistake? Hopefully they make it right and I will change this rating, but for now I am frustrated and sad at the wasted time and money I just put into this endeavor. ?

The lady at the front desk has zero knowledge on medical marijuana cards she was uneducated on the laws and had no clue what she was talking bout and refused my to give me service after presenting 2 forms of valid id very uneducated

After visiting the location in Orlando when we were there, I decided I would try something more local. Unfortunately they do not have a Sanctuary location here in Citrus County. They really need one closer or in The Villages. There is a huge presence of medical card holders in this area. But anyways our experience at both locations has been flawless. I just wish that they were closer as we drive over an hour in any direction to get to one of their dispensaries whether it be Gainesville Orlando or Dunedin.

I'm giving it 4 stars because the price of cannabis at this location is excellent. They have good deals. And they're running them constantly plus the quality of their flower is quite decent, at least for Florida. I would also like to mention that the staff is always super.
