My experience was pleasant; the employees are very kind and are always willing to assist. The deli department is always clean. Please be advised that there's a strong smell of urine outside the door on Schnucks's premises. Thank you.

It's never any carts available. I have taken pictures but never posted them or my review. This is my local Schnucks & it's horrible compared to other locations. The Grandview is way better. The farther I go out to other locations is WAAAAYYYY better than here damn near look like a department store. Parking lot be full of trash. Yes, that falls on the customer, but where's sanitation. It's never any carts in the store. They be all over the parking lot & down by other businesses. The fish is always old. And when you call to place an order, they're not taking any more orders or cooking, but its 4p on a Wednesday. I only stop in this location to grab something real quick. Two things I can say are the cashiers & customer service people are funny & very kind. The people who are there stocking is also very kind & knowledgeable of the store.

This seafood section is horribly unprofessional!! They stop frying whenever they get good& ready& they NEVER answer the phone!!.. These ladies have the worst attitudes for no reason.. Something has to change

This store is ok but there is a sewage smell inside that they really need to fix. Other than that the workers are very kind and they have what I needed.

This place used to be pretty good .. The new manager changed how some things are done and it's really bad . Some of the Workers now are not happy there and the customer service is suffering behind it . I frequently visit the store because it's so close to my home but if I'm spending my money I expect a better quality of service. 75 people in line and only two lines open... they never have all of the Self service machines working either they're broken down or simply turned off . I could go on but I'm sure you get the point and if you don't believe me, just stop by on a busy day .
