My son and I took the class together. The instructor was unaware that an 80 was required to pass the class or my son could have taken it again the same day. The owner waited three weeks to call my son the night before we were to do our open water dives to tell him he couldn’t do the dives until he received an 80 on the exam. He retook the exam and passed with no issues. The open dives were scheduled for the upcoming weekend. My son waited at the storefront from 7:30 to 8:30 until someone showed up only to tell him the class was canceled. That’s two weekends of his time they wasted because they don’t have their act together. Not even a phone call!!

I arrived at Scooba Shack the day before my dive trip to the Dominican Republic in order to purchase a HUD dive computer. I was greeted by Rob (the owner) and he was very helpful in selecting exactly what I needed. He took the time to show me options and explain how they worked. He then took my regulator and proceeded to install the pressure sensor for me. Once completed, he then tested my regulator and found a small hole in the second stage diaphragm. He didn't have a replacement in stock so he drove to his other location to get the needed parts! My regulator was repaired and retested in less than an hour and a half! The attention to detail and efforts by Rob and "Super Dave" to get me set for a week of safe diving has earned them a customer for life! It's very difficult to find this type of exceptional service in any type of business, much less in a dive shop. Side note: after hearing of the issue with my regulator, I was prepared to immediately purchase a replacement. Rob said, " nah, we will get yours fixed." That certainly was impressive to find a shop that chooses honesty over profit. Great job Scooba Shack for the difficult task of earning my trust!

I was in this company VETERAN dive program found out their instructor was I lier and he was taking money that wasn’t his and this company was raided and all my paper work for my dive master certificate just disappeared and never was turn in so I took all the test and all the dives and spent many weekends away from
My family to get this certification and well I got to rescue diver and the owners never trued to get me my paper work and I found out that I’m not the only one they screwed over hope they get there stuff together trued several times to get ahold of these people to get my paper work just get the run around. Funny you want me to come in to your store but I have been there on several occasions and I have called and talk to some guy name super Dave. Or something Dave and always got the we will call you stick why would I drive 4 hours out of my way now just to get the same response lol you have my info you know how to call me

Excellent customer service! Welcoming atmosphere, helpful professional staff, TONS of gear, with a broad assortment for all skill levels. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Lessons, dive gear rentals and apparel and equipment for sale all offered by knowledgeable, friendly staff.
Dive gear rental rates are GREAT, and significantly less than you'll pay on any of the islands, and with their location just off I-95 at exit 90, it's very easy and convenient to get everything you need in one place on your way to your dive adventure!

The phone number listed by Google is wrong, but they ARE open and hours are same as the Savannah Store so give them a call !
