The store was nice and clean! Brenda was very helpful and assisted in me finding a new brand. Limited color selection in store, but size range variety helped with being able to see what fit the best.

Great customer service! I am new to scrubs and stopped here for new scrub for my new job. I was helped by Luke and he was amazing. He was patience and made sure my needs were met. He guided me in choosing the right scrub according to my preference. Will definitely come back just for the customer service.

I just wanted to come on here and give some love to Mario in store number 0387 the Chico, CA location. I went in as a new student trying to find scrubs for my clinical. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what colors I needed. Originally went in just wanting a top and pants but he was pretty persuasive and upsold me on getting 2 tops and a pant. The white tops I needed weren’t available in store so he took the time to call sister stores and place an order for me online so it got shipped to my house. Come to find out one of the tops that I paid for ended up getting sold at the other store, so Mario worked with a manager in order to resolve that problem and I ended up getting still 2 white tops I needed. Mario has the best customer service I have ever seen. This location is lucky to have him.

This was my first time coming to shop in a very long time. I was initially uneasy because I have worn nothing but figs for a few years, but Mario was amazing and helped me find the perfect scrubs with a great look and perfect sizes! I will be coming back!

Store was pretty busy today. I had been in previously and found a pair of scrub pants that I loved but were out of stock in store and somehow online. I came in and Luke was able to order some from another store for me. He remained professional and was able to multitask with a busy store. Thank you Luke!

Brenda was extremely helpful since I hadn't purchased scrubs before. Gave me lots of suggestions to try and demonstrated the benefits of each option. If I never need to buy again I WILL be stopping there! ?
