I’ve always loved this Sephora. Every time I go in there, they’ve exceeded more than my expectations. But yesterday was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and I wasn’t even at the store. I sent my husband in after his 1 AM shift to gather the things that we needed. Ashleigh immediately took control with me on the phone got exactly what we/mainly me -needed and made it super easy for my husband who otherwise would’ve been so confused. She was on the hunt and on point so fast. I wish I could literally tip her. She had my husband in and out of there, probably within 15 minutes with a bag of everything I asked for.

I am a regular customer at this location and typically have a great experience, but my most recent visit was unfortunately not up to the standard I've come to expect. I needed to be color matched for a setting powder, but despite several employees passing by, none offered assistance. When I proactively approached an employee, she seemed reluctant and asked a coworker to assist me instead. This led to an uncomfortable situation where the coworker argued about technical issues in front of me, making me feel like a burden for requesting help. The service didn't improve from there; the employee who eventually helped me struggled with the product and had an aggressive demeanor throughout the process. This encounter was not reflective of the quality service I know this store can provide, and I hope it can be addressed to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.

I came in and was astonished by the lack of customer service from the associate Kaeli. Firstly, she seemed like she was more interested in having conversation with the guy working there and being on her phone when I needed assistance, and secondly she smelled like Marijuana and seemed out of it or uninterested while I was asking her about the products I needed. I ended up getting so frustrated I left the store and getting what I needed at Ulta. I usually love Sephora but the quality of their hires lately has gone down significantly.

If you like being harassed and stalked the entire time you’re shopping then this is the place for you. I understand checking in on customers, but it is out of control. Everyone feels BEYOND uncomfortable from the moment you step in there. I don’t think I was in there for longer than 5 minutes before I was asked TWELVE times if I’m “still doing alright”. One girl popped her head over the shelf to ask for the fourth time and I couldn’t help but jump back. I eventually had to ask them to please stop and if I need help I will find someone, but this is insane. Especially the manager Lori. She made my 8 year old daughter so uncomfortable she couldn’t go down an isle without her following her. She’s EIGHT.

The Employee named Brandon was extremely rude and needs to learn some customer service. My grandmothers total was 40 something dollars she handed him $60 and he asked her if she needed her change and my grandmother said no because she gave him $60, he proceeded to say under his breath “that’s not what I said but okay” when my mother and I both heard him and he did in fact say that. Didn’t bother explaining what he meant just went straight to getting an attitude for no reason.

Usually have had no issue at this location. This time was different. I am sure they were short staffed as there was only one person in the store. That wasn't the issue. The issue was that the ONE person that was working was at the counter and was counting money in a till. I get that shifts change and there are things that need to be done, but at least acknowledge people at some point as there were 5 in the store. She continued dropping the coins into the till and then proceeded to put the till away and stand behind the counter and then just stood there.
I just don't understand the lack of customer service in a service based business.

I had the pleasure of having my makeup done with Syx on my birthday. She was very kind and took her time to make my inspo pic come to life. I was very impressed by her artistic skills. If I’m ever in town again, I will be booking with her. Her customer service is top tier.
