I had a great experience at Serene Myo! Stefanie really listened to my concerns at each appointment and helped me with my issues-a full sensation in my ears, TMJ, full sinuses. She was empathetic and explained the therapy exercises in an easy to understand way. I highly recommend seeing her if you struggle with anything related to ears, sinus, jaw, posture, swallowing, breathing. I was pleasantly surprised at how much progress I made during therapy, including in areas I didn't even realize I needed some help!

My therapy and massage have helped me out so much! I was a little worried about the massage but if you clench your jaw or grind your teeth at night it really helps. I highly recommend Serene Myo!

Deciding to work with Stefanie was life changing. She is incredibly kind, passionate about her work and professional. I’m very grateful to have spent the time with her. Healing old, dysfunctional patterns of the muscles

When I decided as an adult to get my tongue tie released and was told I needed to do myofunctional therapy before my release, I was so happy to find out that we had a local therapist in town. Stephanie is amazing and great at what she does. I always felt comfortable and at ease. I had no idea how much your tongue had to do with posture, neck pain and breathing! She was very helpful after my release as well and making sure my release went well! I would highly recommend her!
