La atencion por primera vez es buena. Me operan de emergencia del riñon isquierdo y una gran piedra pero llevo solo horas y me vio en la mañana el Dr. de turno y vio que yo estaba con mucho dolor, sin casi poder orinar y sangrando mucho. Nunca vino el cirujano a verme y se pusieron de acuerdo para darme de alta sin antibioticos y sin deinflamante sin piridium etc. Y tuve que negarme al alta como paciente y Capelkan conozco mis derechos y me queje asi que me dejaran una noche mas veremos si hacen su trabajo mejor mañana. Me sacan un CTs-Scan y el urologo me viene a ver. Y me calman este horrible dolor. Cuarto 2525. Ps Chap. Dorta.

The Dr was rude as all get out and treated me as if I were just seeking pain meds. Never once did I ask for any meds. I just wanted to know why my incision won't heal. The nurse was also very rude and went off on the X-ray tech for absolutely no reason. Another nurse sprayed an overabundance of Lysol in the room next to me and I am highly allergic and had to get out of there and was told to go sit outside or in my car and watch the portal for my test results. The nurse told me this is a hospital we use Lysol all the time, what to you expect then proceeded to tell me they have a nurse who is also allergic and they can't spray it 4 hours before she comes in. I came back in and was left to sit in the lobby for almost an hour so I left as a lady came in coughing and hacking. I can't afford to get the flu or COVID. I called Admin this morning asking for a call back so I can make a formal complaint. I have used this ER for many years and have NEVER been treated so badly. Things sure have changed over there.

I received occupational therapy at Lakeland, GA SGMC Lanier Hospital in March before surgery and again in May 2024 after surgery for a broken right upper arm. My therapist was Kelsey Humbers. She was terrific and gave me good advice and care. All the therapist and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Kelsey was very caring, professional, and encouraging. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. A great place for any therapy needs. 😊

I receive ancillary care here in Lakeland routinely twice per year. The visit is always excellent from check-in, laboratory, and radiology. The staff have always been pleasant and professional. Thank you for all you do.

The staff at this facility was very friendly and wanted nothing but clarity on their referrals. It was my first time there; however, I would return whenever necessary! They got the test results to my doctor immediately and that made me feel much better! I had an awesome experience!

I went in with pain between my shoulder blades and neck.i was released with a diagnosis of pneumonia when exrays clearly stated there was no pneumonia. I was given a prescription of antibiotics and muscle relaxers! Got a second opinion and guess what ? I did not have pneumonia lungs completely clear.will never return to this campus.and did not get antibiotics.i will be filing a complaint against this doctor.if I was misdiagnosed how many other people have been?

I had to have an ultrasound and during these test Mrs. Dana made me feel so at ease and comfortable! She took her time and made conversation so I wouldn’t be focused on why I was there!
