Store was nice and clean. There were several people working, but I stood at the checkout counter for quite a while and no one came out to see if I was ready to checkout, so I ended up putting my things back. Additionally, the staff is not incredibly friendly when you drop off donations, I'd guess because they have a huge pile of items in the back room that they still have to go through?

I didn't have a good time going there and it's Christmas and they couldn't help with food. It's Christmas and we have to go hungry. They said it's because we also went to the Lamb House. If we didn't need help we wouldn't of asked for it. I haven't been there in 8 years and my elderly boyfriend has never been there and they wouldn't help us. I'm in shock that it's Christmas and we couldn't get help. Shame on these people. Not to mention the gas money we used to get there. Not a good place. For these people not to help the poor and hungry at Christmas says alot about them. In the meantime these mean people that work there are not the ones going hungry.

It's a good program that helps a lot of us. Some people abuse it by lying or claiming people that are not there tho the people are nice and are helpful as long as you're nice also. Everyone has bad days and good days. Tho I've been going there off and on when I need the help and never once has anyone (except for others waiting that think they shouldn't have to wait like the rest) have ever been rude to me my husband or our children.
