Felt like a being a number being pushed to process and pushed out the door, no one to relay any of this there to, there was no one when I left, everyone was gone by 4:45 at the front desk. Couldn’t get real answers unless directly asked, to who? the answer made no sense? way too fast, for someone who is going to be working on my eye site? I am totally uncomfortable with what’s ahead, so rushed. Came home ended up in bed until 10:40 with a massive headache, I’ve never had a migraine, if this was one it was caused there, I told them light bothered me very much, nothing was done to help that, they just flipped the switch on like it was my problem, no warning. It freaken hurt! they didn’t even care. can’t even explain the pain. Drops were used in my eyes, not displayed, I have absolutely no idea why? All that was done was an eye exam by some tech. Why? It wasn’t necessary I don’t even know why it had to be done? Waste of time. want it noted in my chart as an allergic reaction and do not use them again on me. I want the name of them. They were yellow when I wiped the extra off, Do not call me with an appointment time until it can be done in the morning. I do not want an afternoon appointment for the surgery coming up.My appointment was 2:30 I was there at 2:00, I didn’t leave until 4:45. I have to wait 6 weeks to even get an appointment and from once I have one, it’s another 6 weeks out. Really? March before an appointment can be made. I want copies of every machine they used and the results and what they were for before you do something that changes my eye. what it was for and the pictures that were taken and names of every person that did it and a copy of an agreement they put my initials on and didn’t give me a copy of. My lack of confidence to have everyone but the doctor make the decisions as to what is going ( not doing the exam himself) to happen is not acceptable. I have diabetes that was never addressed, dry eye was never addressed, eyes burning, itching never address, what will change after surgery, once surgery is done I can’t go back and ask these questions. There were 5 people ahead of me, I was ahead of all of them and the last to leave with no fully addressed answered. Then the tech says can I put your initials now? What choice did I have? He just wanted to get get out, he was not on the job while I was there, he checked himself out who know how long again before he dealt with my case.,

The staff at Shasta eye medical group are amazing. They are friendly, helpful and make your experience with them very enjoyable. Dr's are very professional but also personable. Even with the high volume of patients, I highly recommend them. The wait was not very long.

This was my first visit to Shasta eye Group. It only took 5 days to get an appointment after my phone request. The kiosk check in took a little getting used to, but my wait was only about 15 minutes to start tests. The staff are very pleasant and efficient. My Dr. was personable and explained what he was doing.

Dr. Meyers is wonderful!!! At 70 years old, I have 20/25 vision...no more cataracts! The procedures are very simple, nothing to worry about. Only takes around 20 minutes. So futuristic! I had the procedures without any medication.

I showed up for my scheduled appointment a few minutes early. I then learned that I wasn’t scheduled at all. This was a follow up appointment after surgery that I was given the day my surgery was scheduled. A fifteen minute appointment. They did squeeze me in. An hour and a half later I was finally done. I had no problem with the doctor. This is not the first time that I have had issues with the staff. It concerns me to go to a provider that is so disorganized.
