Joy Fuller is EXCELLENT at what she does. She always exhibits knowledge and genuine compassion. Every concern is fully addressed and she is proactive in identifying any ailment and assuring that follow up care is handled. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this center and see NP Joy! The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and understanding. NP Joy is extremely knowledgable, resourceful, compassionate, and a helpful practitioner. She listens and answers any questions and concerns that you have. I feel more at ease visiting a health professional because of NP Joy.

I’ve been here a number of times and feel I can leave a solid review of how great this place and the staff is. Ms. Fuller is a health care provider that genuinely cares about the well being of her patients and is thorough in follow ups and providing refills in a timely manner. She has a very sweet demeanor and a “always ready to help”, type of attitude. It is evident her business is more than just a business and is an extension compassion she has for others.
The two handsome gentlemen at the front desk are pleasant and professional and are good at engaging in friendly conversation while in the waiting room. I have seen the office manager...I think her name is Danielle, a number of times and it’s always a delight to see her pretty sweet face. She is very polite, professional & knows what she’s talking about. Great great place and people, I look forward to my next appointment.

Joy Fuller is a phenomenal APRN. She is extremely personable and charming. She took heed to my medical concerns and provided outstanding medical advice. I didn’t feel rushed as I usually do at other doctor’s offices. Joy Fuller is fervent about providing quality care to her patients. Her staff is also exceptional. They were warm, welcoming and super professional. I’m so happy I went to Shenandoah.
