Friendly staff with efficient, competent optometrist. I went there for an eye exam, new prescriptions and new glasses. The optometrist was excellent!
They accept DAVIS VISION insurance and the place is NOT listed for this particular insurance!!
Carmen was infinitely patient and illuminated me on my insurance benefits and let me try a TON of glasses before I found my favorite frame for a good value.
She also gave me 10% OFF on my entire purchase. Highly recommended!

I love this place!! I have been coming here since 2018. The optometrist is amazing he really makes the eye exam so pleasant. I love how he didn’t judge me when I told him I hadn’t worn my glasses in a year!

The front staff is amazing as well! They’re always so nice which makes the experience of getting glasses less intimidating. I wish I could give each one of them a hug! I will continue to come here as long as this place is open!

This time around I went with a diff Raen Frame in Brey. Although my mind was made up the gentleman was nice enough to show me all the options my insurance covered. He even helped me when choosing the transition shade and gave his opinion on what would look nice, which believe it or not was so helpful for me. As I said I really love this place and it’s just a 10 minute walk from home 🙂

I moved to Parksville but year ago, but I keep coming back because these guys are just great. I’ve had three lenses made for old frames and one new pair of glasses from them and the quality is just excellent compared to other places I’ve tried. I’m a photographer so high quality lenses matter (in glasses and photography) which is why I keep coming back

I have been doing business with this corporation for some years now. They’re reliable. They always have quality products. I’ve purchased 4 pairs of glasses from here and they stand by their word. They are hands on.
The optometrist here is excellent and patient. They’re even lenient with their late policy. Which I’m sorry that I violated.

I now wear contacts. I was afraid of the idea of contact my whole life as I have been wearing glasses since 4th grade; the doctor simplified the process for me and stuck by my side to ensure that I built up that skill set and confidence to wear contact lenses.

I’m forever thankful and I will continue to bring business their way.

The staff and reception is also friendly for the most part and attentive. I feel welcomed here.

I highly recommend.
