Husband's first visit with Dr Janice McGeorge today. He is in his 70's and worn glasses since he was five and had a patch for lazy eye. We were grateful for Dr McGeorge's knowledge, time, and experience—but also for her easy manner and kindness. She went the extra mile. The staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very impressed!

I recently stopped here hoping to have them adjust a pair of glasses I recently purchased at another location. Maybe I went to the wrong area, or maybe I wasn't attractive enough to the staff. Whatever the case was, I waited for several minutes with no acknowledgement from multiple employees who clearly saw me. This type of unprofessionalism in a medical office is unacceptable. Zero stars would be a more accurate rating.

Went here today as a new patient as I haven't had my eyes checked in years...eek. Had a very positive experience from front to back office! Was greeted up front promptly, handed my new patient paperwork and taken back several minutes later by the assistant who was professional and kind. Had all kinds of tests on my eyes done that I didn't even know existed! Also had the option of having a optical mapping scan done so I could avoid getting my eyes dilated since I was headed back to work. Saw Dr Womak who was extremely kind, patient and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a good eye doctor!

I called to make appointments for my family of 5 and was told only 2 appointments per family at a time. That makes sense - it would be annoying and bad if my family of 5 were to cancel at the last minute.

However, I live 45 minutes away - so I asked to ask the doctors for special permission, me willing to give a deposit or whatever. I was basically given a "there's no way" response with little empathy from the receptionist.

In my view, I think forcing a patient to make 3 round trips (total 4.5 hours driving) plus me bringing my kids to all three appointments anyway (childcare) -- is a severe mis-balance of customer to doctor inconvenience. The customer clearly ISN'T at all first in this scenario.

Anyway, I made appointments at a different office. The competitor also has the same 2-per-family rule, but they were willing to work with my situation and get us set up.

We had an emergency and were referred by the attending Doctor in the ER to Sierra Eye Care. They got us in right away and Dr. Womack was absolutely amazing. I can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable the doctor was. Everyone was very helpful. If we lived here, we would definitely see Dr. Womack for eye care. This small community is very fortunate to have him caring for its residents.

I was thinking I was gonna be sad when I had to leave my old eye doctor because I moved up to this county.
OMG sooo happy with Sierra Eye Care.

My eye Doctor was amazing He told me everything along the way he even explained all my blood vessels in my eyes to me and what they see by that which was really cool.
I cannot say enough about miss Nancy
So fun to pick out glasses with so fun to go pick them up from just such a fun neat person if you go there and you need to get your glasses and get him fitted and all that good stuff ask for fancy Nancy...
Everyone I had contact with in this office is amazingly nice so I can't say anything but the best about them I just got to spend more time with Nancy which was a lot of fun!!

Changed my appoinment date and the surgeon without a call or text. Twelve people standing next to each other in the waiting room but had every other chair taped off. They called today, my appointment has been postponed again because the new surgeon has already quit! Completely unprofessional outfit

Dr. Womack gave me a prescription he said would help with night blindness and sharpen my vision throughout the day, but it blurred my vision and has made it difficult for my eyes to recover even after returning them after a few days. While picking them up originally, they were so dirty that I could barely see out of them...which they didn’t notice so they didn’t have me take them home, and only realized their mistake days later. Their office manager Renee is very helpful, as are several of the front desk staff, but overall this place seems to be just not very high quality care.
