I had the Best experience! Dr.Burroughs and all the staff were so Friendly and Helpful!! I didn’t have to wait and the service was top notch! I highly recommend this office. I used to go to a popular clinic in Bryant for my eye care needs. I will definitely be switching to Simmons!

Ive used Simmons Eye Clinic for 20 years. I can say without any doubt that a great place. Excellent service from the front desk staff to all the staff that do the eye exams. Ally and Dr Z. are all things a patient would want. I've seen Dr Z for a long time and he will explain any issues you might have in detail. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff that fits you with glasses are ALL great as well. 5 stars for all.

Today 11/11/2024 Veteran's Day I had a Great Eye exam! Dr. Zachary Burroughs & Team were Great! Also I was fitted with some Wonderful Polo Frames by Misty who also explained the financial part of each frame i tried on. Very Helpful! All in All it was a Great Day at Simmons Eye Care! I highly recommend Simmons for any and all Eye Care needs😎

This was our first time here and we were impressed with the staff members' professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Collin Simmons was very professional yet spent plenty of time getting to know us, explaining screening results and addressing any concerns. We would highly recommend this office for vision concerns and general optometry. A nice selection of frames also

These folks have taken care of me 15 years ago and sent me Birthday messages every year while I was working out of state. Today I got a new doctor who was AWESOME!!!! Shot me straight on what I needed. I believe that they care and want what is best for their patients not just profits.

My daughter and I are new and had our appointment today. It was by far the best eye appointment I have ever had. Everyone was great and very positive. My daughter got contacts for the first time and the lady teaching her was amazing. I think we found or new doctor!

Until this last appointment I couldn’t say anything but good things about Simmons! I had an appointment on Tuesday 3/18/25 and I looked at all my co-pay’s on my insurance website before I went. Well I had an exam to get contacts and I haven’t had contacts in a long time. So when they asked me if I would like to sit down with someone there and get a refresher on how to put them in I said absolutely! What they neglected to tell me is they charged over $100 for this service! If they would’ve told me that I would’ve respectfully declined! As a business when you offer services I feel they are ethically bound to let the consumer know that there is an additional charge for said service! I will not be back to them unless they make it right!
