Too bad 5 stars is all I can give. We have a son with special needs and MaryAnn went beyond anything we could have expected to accommodate him. This was more than a professional trying to make a sale, it was a beautiful human being showing kindness, compassion, and understanding to another person who needed that care. We are forever grateful.

Horrible and unprofessional staff. I walked in 5 minutes before my appointment and got yelled at from the staff. The woman yelled at me they were eating their lunch. then yelled again that they were closed for lunch. If you are closed for lunch LOCK YOUR DOORS!! Don't yell at customers walking in for their appointments!

I really wanted to have a positive experience with this office, given its convenient location near my home. On my initial visit, I was surprised to hear a diagnosis suggesting early signs of glaucoma, which led me to seek a second opinion. Fortunately, the specialist I consulted advised me to disregard that initial diagnosis. Encouraged by this, I decided to give the clinic another try a few years later, this time to update the prescription for my sunglasses. However, the process proved challenging, as they struggled to get my prescription right after several attempts. Eventually, they suggested there might be an issue with my eyes and referred me to another specialist, who reassured me that my eyes were in great shape, requiring only a minor prescription adjustment.

After a year of back-and-forth and multiple unsuccessful attempts to correct my prescription, I found myself in the position of requesting a refund and seeking services elsewhere. Remarkably, within just two weeks at the new office, I had my sunglasses perfectly adjusted to my prescription.

Unprofessional local business plain and simple.
No one answered my phone calls or ever returned my messages. I essentially lost my warranty. Instead, I went to Costco and was much happier with costs and experience.

We were going to be new patients, our 1st appointment was rescheduled due to the Dr not being available, rescheduled appointment in the next month was rescheduled due to the Dr being sick, 3rd appointment in the following month was a go, we showed up for our appointments (daughter, husband, and myself) and we walked into a foul smell like a dirty fish tank without a tank. The woman at the desk was with a patient so did not acknowledge us coming in, we saw a mask mandatory sign so we put them on, after walking the whole wall of frames and still not being acknowledged my daughter's mask had gone below her nose which caught the attention of the woman behind the desk who said hi to my daughter and gestured for her to pull her mask up. Finally after a phone call which required the woman to get up was there an acknowledgment with the woman saying she would be with us soon. We decided to cancel the appointment and just go back to our old dr in a different city as it was obvious it probably wouldn't be the best experience.
Smelly office, poor brand selection based off of what was on the walls, and poor service seeing how she could stop what she was doing to have my daughter lift her mask over her nose but couldn't stop to say hi i'll be with you in a moment when you walk in or while you've walked around the place for that matter.
Don't be fooled by the 5 star ratings from years ago, it's obviously changed.

Not recommended, after a lifetime of optometric services all over the world for glasses, contacts and a rare eye condition. Danny was great with customer service, and their original optometrist was excellent but he left, as owners are rude, overcharge frequently, misrepresent prices. They even denied my vision insurance covered me at all, despite proof I presented.

At one point owner had a substitute optometrist "rush" my eye exam, after calling her aside for a lecture- and then just copy out a 5 year old Rx when I asked for a copy- after which I was charged double the eye exam price I'd been quoted when making the appointment. So, I went elsewhere the next day and had another exam because I knew my vision had changed, and of course received a new updated Rx for contacts and glasses. Plus, no attitude or bait and switch pricing.

Unprofessional, despite so much competition, but happily there are many alternatives!

Receptionist extremely rude! Still in dark ages, mask required just to ask a question. Sorry, build a bridge and get over it!
Will go elsewhere!

It is impossible to buy frames here because you can't take off your mask when choosing them. Go to Costco where they are cheaper and you can pick the right ones. In addition, last week they were closed during normal Saturday hours. Poorly managed place.
