Went to Dr London for a follow-up to an emergency room visit for a metal fragment in my eye. She saw me immediately after leaving the ER without an appointment which said it all for her dedication and professionalism. I was relieved to find out that the majority of the fragment was out except for some rust that was a collateral issue. She inspected my eye and gave me eye drops and An appointment a week later to allow the rust to fester out for an easier and less invasive procedure later. I was very pleased with everything she and her staff did and would recommend her to others.

Ski Run Optometry was the absolute best! At my older age, I've been to many optometrists and just loved Dr London! She's very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. She's also very sweet and personable. I highly recommend!

Husband and I had eye examines with Kelli London. She was amazing!! She spent so much time with us answering all our questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable. You can see she loves her job and cares about her patients. My 3 young grandchildren saw her also and she was very kind and patient. . Tammy at the front seat was very nice also. We are happy to have her in South Lake Tahoe❤️

Best place for eye care in Tahoe! Dr is wonderful and the staff are very customer service oriented. I had the best experience with my exam and getting glasses, you can tell they love thier jobs! I would recommend Ski Run Optometry to anyone in need of eye care!

I would never come back here again. The customer service is horrible. I purchased contacts and was told after I bought them that they would be in a week from now. I was under the impression that the contacts were in stock because I wasn’t told other wise. Besides that, I ran out of my contacts and asked for a trial to hold me over since the contacts weren’t in and we’re running late. I asked if they could tell me when they would come in and I was told it couldn’t be tracked. They didn’t provide a trial without telling me that I needed an eye exam (which my insurance would pay for) to do so which made no sense since I got my contact exam from them. They just wanted to bill my insurance. Long story short, it took more than 2 weeks for my contacts to come in and when I came in and to pick it up they asked if I wanted an eye exam. I told them “no” and that this was not a good customer experience and explained why. The lady at the front desk started arguing with me so I took my contacts and left. The worst customer experience I’ve ever had a an eye doctors office full of unprofessional people.

Went in for an eye exam, which actually went really well.
Went downstairs to pick out a new pair of frames for the new prescription, didn’t like any after I tried on a ton… went to check out at the front desk that’s when all the issues happens.
The last took my card without telling me how much it was, ran it two times, then said the total after I asked her (multiple times)… came to 119, for a 10 copay and a 39 eye exam…. I said wow that’s expensive and all she said was yes.
Then I said how much was the exam and the copay? Should only be about 50, how is it’s 119? She’s like oh and your glasses, I then proceeded to tell her I didn’t buy any. She tried to argue with me(I had a pair in my hand form my prior prescription), then she tried to only refund me 40… I pull out my calculator on my phone and si the math for her to show her how much I actually need to be refined… eventually she gets help and they fix it in the back… WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I used my debt card they would have locked it for fraud with all the charges and refunds! Least to say they lost my business and everyone I know.
